Moiving on

Once I decided it was time to let Fang go I went to the movies with a guy named Mike in my science class. Mike and I have been lab partners for a while and he asked me if I wanted to see The Burning Rose, it was supposed to be a romantic action movie If that even is a thing. After school I went to my dorm and got ready for my date. I put on a tight black lace top with ripped jeans and tall combat boots. I curled my hair and put my makeup on. Once the clock hit eight o clock I heard the door. "Right on time" I said aloud.
When I opened the door Mike was wearing a tight gray shirt which made his yellow shape shifter eyes pop.
"Ready to go see the movie" Mike asked with so much kindness in his tone.
"Of course" I responded smiling at him.
The walk to the movie theater was amazing, the sky was clear and the stars glittered. When I looked at Mike his yellow eyes were staring at me.
"What" I asked curios why he was staring at me.
"Your beautiful" he responded smiling.
"Please" I said "know chick flick moments" I said laughing.
On the way to the movies Mike and I had talked about are life's. Once we arrived at the movies the date was going great but as soon as I thought that I took it back.
Mike and I sat in the back of the movie theater. We got one large popcorn and a large sprite with two straws. The movie just came out so the movie theater was very crowded. Mike and I were laughing about the story of him learning how to swim, when Fang and Elena walked in. All the seats in the movie theater were takin except three seats that were to right next me. Fang looked around the movie theater until his eyes found the three seats, then his eyes locked on me. Fang smiled at me which I quickly ignored. Fang took Elena's hand and guided her to the seats. I started praying so hard that Fang would leave one seat between us. Mike and I were still laughing when Fang plopped down right next to me and said "hi Rebekah".
"Hello Fang" I said not looking at him.
Mike eyed Fang but didn't make much out of it which I was thankful for.
Mike was watching the previews when Fang leaned into my ear and said "So you break up with me but go for the shapeshifter dork".
Thankfully Mike did not hear him.
"So you tell me you don't know how you are feeling when you make out with Elena on campus" I snapped back with a smirk.
Elena glanced at me but surprisingly her eyes weren't filled with hatred. I gave her a sincere smile and she returned it. Although Fang had a sort of pained look on his face. When the movie started Mike laced his fingers around mine and smiled. I smiled back and put my head on my shoulder while Mike put his arm around me. Fang glanced at Mike like he was telling him to back which Mike ignored.
The movie was great. During the scary parts Mike would hold me even tighter. I tried to not look at Fang and Elena during the romantic parts because when I did they were kissing.
When the movie was over Mike walked me out of the theater with Fang and Elena right behind us.
"That was a great movie" I told Mike.
"I agree, we should do it again sometime" He said smiling.
"Totally" I responded smiling back.
Fang walked up to me and Mike and and said " Mike would you Mind if I walked Rebekah back to her dorm I need to talk to her".
"I guess you could" Mike responded un sure.
"See you in science" he said giving me a smile.
"Bye" I said.
Fang and Elena must have already said there good byes because Elena was not in sight.
"What do you want" I asked annoyed.
"I just wanted to make sure you are not still mad at me" Fang said.
" Mad doesn't even describe it Fang, I'm psst at you" I snapped at him.
"Rebekah please listen to me...." Fang said before I cut him off.
"No Fang! I'm done listing to you! Can't you see that I'm moving on?" With that I stormed away looking back only to see a look of pain and sadness on Fang as he flew away.
