Cale in Eleceed (Totcf x Eleceed)

Chapter- 17

Those words from Cale kept echoing in Kayden's ears. He was in a daze unable to comprehend the words properly.

"YOU-"

Kayden stood up abruptly, pointing his finger towards Cale.

"How dare you try to own the great Kayden. I knew something is wrong with you, you must be eyeing me from day one."

Kayden started spouting nonsense with a red face.

"If you really want me that much, I can only reluctantly agree. Of course, you must be very attentive to me in our relationship-"

Before Kayden could speak anymore bullshit Cale directly cut him off.

"Great, you can move into my house. We can start your treatment as soon as we go back to my house. Jiwoo can move in too incase he feels too lonely on his on."

Hearing Cale's words a look of realization dawned on him. 

"You mean, you want me to surrender myself to you so you can treat me?"

He asked in confirmation to which Cale nodded.

"Only for treatment?"

He asked again and Cale nodded again.

"Yes for treatment"

Hearing this Kayden turned into a sputtering mess. 

"Y-You, then why are you saying things like surrendering yourself to me!"

"If you don't fully trust me and surrender yourself to me then how can I be able to examine your body's condition thoroughly and give you proper treatment."

'Why else would I even let him live in my house for rent free. If he goes around picking fights with his body in that condition then Jiwoo will also be in danger. If Jiwoo is in danger then I'll be also dragged in the mess as his guardian in the absence of his mother, then I won't be able to have my slacker life. I will cure Kayden and Kayden will protect Jiwoo even if Jiwoo gets in trouble and I won't have to get involved with other awakeners. I must cure Kayden for the sake of my slacker life.'

Cale was formulating plans to cure Kayden for the sake of his slacker life. If Alberu was here he would have laughed at pitiful attempt of getting his slacker life.

As Cale predicted, Jiwoo woke up the next day. Cale and other's visited Jiwoo to send their regards. Also, the rumors of Seong Siyeong getting beaten badly by Jiwoo's cat aka Kayden spread like wildfire in the academy. Cale saw hoe they keep discussing if this was true or not. Cale ignored everything and just focused on completely on his work and spending time with Raon. Choi han as always could be seen tailing behind Cale as a lost puppy. 

Cale was on his way back when he saw Jiwoo with Isuel and her dog. He was playing with Iseul's dog named Doori while Kayden was sitting there with a done face. A bit far were Jisuk, Subin and Wooin spying on Jiwoo and Isuel. For some reason Jisuk and Subin had this shit eating grin on their face, meaning they were surely going to cause some ruckus again. 

Cale decided for his peaceful evening to take a detour to dorm and avoid them. And knowing what  happened with Isuel later, his decision was surely right. Cale felt pity for the poor girl who was being tormented by those troublemakers and for Wooin who was being dragged around by both of them with a confused face not knowing what was happening. 

Cale also heard that Jiwoo was being proposed by Seongik to be his disciple but Jiwoo declined the proposal saying he already has a teacher. Seongik tried to persuade him but Jiwoo was firm. Cale saw how proud Kayden looked telling him how Jiwoo declined Seongik's offer and saying how he was the best teacher for him. 

Even though he tried not to show it, his happily wagging tale gave it away. At that time Kayden looked like a proud child, similar to Ohn and Hong who were bragging their achievements in front of him to get praised. And Cale did praise Kayden for being a good teacher which made Kayden's face flush red and his chest being huffed in pride as he preened at the compliments being given to him and playing nonchalant. This trait of was awfully similar to Raon. 

Cale was taking a walk with Raon around the academy before classes started. On the way he saw Jiwoo running. Jiwoo also saw him. He came towards him and they exchanged greetings.

"Are you also going on a run hyung?"

"No, Raon wanted to take a walk, he was feeling all stuffy inside. So, I came out for a walk with him."

On cue, Raon hopped on Cale's shoulder and meowed a greeting towards Jiwoo.

"Hello to you too Raon, it's been a long time we saw each other."

Raon meowed giving him a sharp look as to say that it was Jiwoo's fault for not coming over to meet him. Seeing the accusing look directed towards him Jiwoo hurriedly tried to divert the topic.

"Sunce we happen to meet why don't we tale a walk together?"

Jiwoo suggested to which Cale nodded. As they were about to leave Raon heard some weird noise and became alert. Seeing this Kayden and Cale also turned towards the noise only to see Isuel being chased around by Jisuk and Subin. Her face was red and it looked like she might cry any second. While the one's following had maniacal smiles on their faces as they kept shouting God knows what making her dash even more.

Kayden and Cale gave a deadpan look before turning back and ignoring whatever the hell they were doing. 

[Human what are they doing?]

"Don't look at them Raon"

Cale said covering Raon's eyes. He can't let these to influence Raon badly.
