Chapter 3

I woke up to my almost 2 year old son Kaylin on my chest babbling and slobbering all over me.

"Fat man, get out my face dude" I groaned as asking him off my chest and sitting him on the bed before sitting up and yawning.

" Da, get up now" he said trying to tell me to get up.

(So I don't really know how much vocabulary the average 2 year old has, my niece has the vocabulary of a damn 4 year old so stay with me.- the baddest bitch)

I got up and grabbed him before standing him on the floor near my bed so I could make it, he walked over to his iPad which was already playing and started to watch Bluey.

While he was occupied I went to the bathroom to get ready, I brushed my teeth then got in the shower.

I wasn't worried about Kaylin messing because when he gets to watching that iPad he forgets everything around him plus I'm not gone take that long.

After my shower I dried off and moisturized then threw on some sweats and a random tee because imma just be in the house all day.

I got Kaylin together for the day as well then walking down stairs.

I have my own place at 19, it was very crucial that I had a space for just me and Kaylin to lay our heads that nobody knows about besides the people I fuck with, Especially because how I used to live.

I used to be in that gang shit heavy selling drugs and shit until Kaylin was born and I knew I had to leave that shit alone, I couldn't be like my dad and choose drugs and gang every time.

I work at a tattoo shop right now because it's really my passion, I work under my mentor Cross, the job pays well but even if it didn't I made sure my kids kids would be set before I got out the game.

I went to the kitchen and sat Kaylin in his high chair cutting on his iPad so he could finish watching Bluey while I made us food.

A few minutes later I hear sing voices coming through my front door.

"Yo Von shut yo ass up nigga" I heard Dae Dae say.  "Fuck you" von replied "both of you niggas shut up" i heard our homegirl Nique say.

"You shut yo Dyke ass up too" Dae Dae said to her. Making Von laugh.

"Why you niggas all up in my shit? being loud at that" I questioned them " boy we can come to your house... Fuck" Nique said mugging him and rolling her neck.
"I be forgetting you still a girl Nique Nique" Von said making us laugh "fuck y'all" she said getting on her phone.

I gave Kaylin his eggs and sat beside him to eat mine, eggs is one of the only things I can cook without burning but at least he likes them.

"Wassup bitches" I heard Kell's voice booming through the house then a loud smack.

" Mekell use your inside voice" Asia said  I looked back and seen Kell walking while rubbing the back of his neck with Asia strolling behind him.

"Hey guys" she said causing all of us to greet her back.
