3 - Unknown Guests

♡~ Thrid Person POV ~♡

The deamos finally made their way up to Ava and Cordelia's apartment.

Asch tries to open the door but finds it locked. He uses his magic to melt the door handle.

Noi eyes shined brightly as he was admiring Asch's deed.

"Your Highness, was that use of magic really necessary?" Rhys aksed.

Asch turned back to Rhys, giving a dirty look. "Yes."

Johnny walks into the apartment.

"It seems that spirit has allowed us entrance." Rhys claimed.

"Whoaa, Coool!" Noi follows after Johnny.

"Noi." Rhys said.

Noi was sitting on the island and looking around the room.

Pierce enters the apartment and makes his way over to the couch, placing Ava down gently.

Noi jumps off the counter and finds Johnny. "Whoaw, hi spirit, oah, I think this spirit might like me!" Noi boops Johnny on the nose.

Johnny then stood up and hissed at Noi. "AHHHGHHH, IT'S NOT FREINDLY, HELPPP!" Noi ran around the room trying to avoid Johnny.

"The spirit has decided Noi must die." Pierce said sternly.

"Good." Asch adds.

"Noi, die in silence."The last thing we need you to do is alert the nearby humans." Rhys explains.

"Are we really going to let Noi die?"I mean, I'm all for it, but - " Leif seemed concerned.

"That spirit seems harmless, but don't tell Noi that." Rhys gently cuts him off.

"Hahahahha, his humongous suffering brings me joy!" Leif said through a wide and creepy grin.

"Likewise." Rhys said.

"Enough, scout the area." Asch ordered.

♡~ Cordelia's POV ~♡

I finally got my smoothie. The juicery had been filled with people due to the new opening. I grabbed my drink and tried to shimmy through the gaps people left. Once I was able to leave, I made my way back to the apartment building.

Once I arrived at the door and reached for my keys, I saw the door handle was melted. "Why would the handle be melted?" I thought for a second before I thought if Ava. My mind was panicked, but I couldn't draw attention.

I set my drink on a small table that held a plant before taking my pocket knife from my waistband. I lightly pushed the door open and made small movements to try not to create noise.

When the door finally opened, I saw a ginger boy laying on the floor with Johnny on top of him. I was able to get close enough to see Ava?! She was on the couch unconscious!

The ginger boy then yelled, "HUMAN!"

I went to run, but two large arms wrapped around my waist and pinning my arms. His grip tightened, making me drop my knife.

"Let me go!!" Ava, Ava, wake up!" I screamed as loud as I could.

"Quiet human!" A Husky voice spoke in my ear, making me shiver.

When I looked back up, I saw Ava regaining consciousness. I decided to act, I leaned my head forward slightly and used all the momentum I could to hit the man holding me in the forehead, making him lose his grip. I ran to Ava, but before I could grab her arm. More of these strange cosplayers appeared. One with cyan horns grabbed my shoulder, I acted with the adrenaline pumping through me and threw him over my head, slamming him onto the floor.
