♡~ Cordelia's POV ~♡

"Ima go change, you can deal with Leif." I tell Ava.

"No way! He's your problem!" Ava then ran into our walk-in closet, slamming and locking the door.

"Ava! What the frick dude?!" I jiggle the door nob, nothing. I felt a hot breath down my neck, making my body shiver.

"What is she doing in there?" Leif asked me.

"Changing. Which I was supposed to do!" I shout through the door.

"I was here first!" Ava shouted back.

I rolled my eyes and turned to Leif. He was inched from my face. I never noticed the small scar that ran from his eye. It was kinda hot. I then look away from his scar and to his horns. 'I know they act like there from another world, but it could be a scam.' I reach my hand to his horn and tug it down slightly so he no longer towers over me. When I started to trace my thumb over the ridges, I heard Leif grunt and his face turn red.

"Hu-human." He whispered.

I retracted my hand. "Sorry, I was just curious..."

Leif then teleported away. 'Weird.'

I heard the door behind me creak open. Ava exits the closet wearing Her pink hoodie that had cut shoulders, black shorts, maching stripped socks, and a few accessories."It's all yours!"

"Oh, so when Leif finally leaves, then you let me change?" I crossed my arms.

"Maybe?" She shrugged.

I moved past Ava and searched through all my clothes before finding something that seemed suitable. It was a white cropped tank with an open backing, matched with simple black leggins. I quickly french braided my hair in two sections with some small sections of haie to frame my face. I walked into the bedroom and didn't see Ava. I heard giggling, so I followed the noise. I saw Ava laughing.

"She mocks us?" Leif scrunched his brows.

"Negh." Asch looks angry, as usual.

"Hehahaha, it-its just you said ass." She couldn't stop smiling.

I shove her lightly on the shoulder. "You are so immature."

"Asch, perhaps you can explain." Rhys suggested.

"Ugh, fine." Asch lowers his body to match Ava and my height. "Teach us your way human ways, now."

"Asking like that isn't going to -" Rhys rolled his eyes.

"If I do that, will you guys leave?" Ava interrupts.

"Faster then you can imagine." Asch replied.

"Really?!" She questioned.

"Really." He repeated.

"Really, really?" I poked my head over Ava's shoulder.

"Really." Asch sounded annoyed.

"Really." Pierce added.

"Really!" Noi smiled.

"Really." Leif followed.

"Really!" Me and Ava said in unison.

"Silence!" Asch growled.

"Killjoy." I mumbled.

"When I woke up, I was kinda hoping you guys would have robbed me and left by now. I wasn't expecting you guys to stay." Ava said.

"You were?" I asked.

"Why would you hope for that?" Leif questioned.

"Because losing a few hundred dollars isn't worth dealing with the stress of -" Never mind. Y'all really about this human thing, huh?" Ava ranted.
