Whisper in the Dark

Thank you for 6 months!

Hi everyone, Octozen here, I just wanted to take a moment to talk with you about a few things. First of all, 🥳 it has officially been 6 months as of today since I started writing and publishing my book 'whisper in the dark' on the octolism discord server on September eleventh, 2023. Man, what a journey this has been, and it's not even close to over! I wanted to thank all of my readers for the support with this project, on octolism, Twitter and wattpad! Without you guys this project would feel a lot more empty, and so thank you to the 10 or so of you that do read, it means a lot. And now we reach the announcements, initially I didn't have much to announce for today but that has changed. As of about 25 minutes ago, I have been invited to be a creator on AO3 (archive of our own), so starting tomorrow (hopefully) I will start posting 'whisper in the dark there too. Secondly, as some of you might know, I have been planning to make illustrations for each of the chapters, as it stands I have not started said illustrations but they are still planned for and I plan to start drawing them as soon as a finish writing the epilogue. I will post each chapters artwork on Twitter as a finish them, and once all of the pieces are finished I will post them all in a single update on wattpad and AO3. 3rd, I can confirm that I do have a plan for something on the 1 year anniversary, it's not much but hopefully you will enjoy it. And lastly, I currently have in the works an original song that will hopefully release alongside the epilogue in around 10 weeks time (assume things stay on schedule). This song is being specially written and composed for the story of the book and will have vocals performed by me and one of my friends.
