An apology to readers

I would like to apologise, it's been nearly 6 months (to be specific, 5 months and 16 days) since I last uploaded a part of this book. The truth is that I was overworking myself. with school, art and trying to output 2 chapters a week, I quickly became burnt out as I became too ambitious. and so I stopped, without a word. and I'm sorry for laving you in the dark, pun not intended. despite the lack of uploads and reading, I have been doing background work on the story and other stories related to it, this story has since become bigger than this one book, I hope to one day be able to publish it all. I plan to continue writing this book and others however I no longer plan to update the story online as I go for this one, instead opting to write the book in it's entirety and publish it all at once. The plan may however be different for other main and short stories in this world. speaking of this world, myself and those who have been helping me develop it have decided to officially refer to this world as the IUPU, the Inked Up Published Universe. this universe does have multiple timelines, the primary timeline will be the focus while the secondary timeline (the one that this book takes place in) will primarily feature only this book, most/all other stories will take place in the primary timeline, though most also occur in the second timeline (with minimal changes that will be left up to your imagination because either we're lazy or we simply don't want to write the same novel/comic or other multiple times.

obviously the IUPU is named after it's primary characters, Inked Up, however due to certain real world events, the character known as Zap won't be as prominent as Never and Mimi, but rest assured that he is still an important character in the series and will continue to appear.

I also want to put some minds at ease. Earlier I stated that the IUPU will have multiple timelines, I want to assure you that these timelines won't get messy, a timeline map has already been created and will be refined and released publicly later down the line when it is needed, and again, almost every story will exist in the primary universe.
