"She what?!" Draco's voice echoes through my dorm.
"She broke up with Cedric." Pansy shrugs simply.
"See, this is why I don't want to tell you Draco! You're just going to overreact." I whine.
"You broke up with your boyfriend of 5 months Y/n! I'm not overreacting." Draco says, crossing his arms over his chest.
"To be honest, you kind of are," Daphne whispers.
Draco scoffs and I chuckle.
"See! Even Daphne Greengrass, who is always kind and nice, says you're overreacting!" I say to him, proving my point.
"Why did you break up with him?" Draco asks.
"It didn't work out. We never actually liked each other." I shrug and cross my arms over my chest.
I was never going to admit that I only dated him to make Mattheo jealous.
3 months later
"He what?!" My jaw falls open out of reflex.
"Mattheo Riddle broke up with Astoria Greengrass," Daphne emphasises each word.
I just stand there, frozen.
Pansy shoves Astoria's post in my face.
