Ending

I got teleported back to the meadow where Sonic's birthday party was held and I was passed out on the ground with injuries. Sonic and Classic Sonic get teleported back to the meadow and Sonic grabs the chili dog that was dropping out from the sky. He smells it and takes another bite out of it.

"Still warm! Time travel," Sonic exclaimed enthusiastically.

Classic Sonic started to look for me until he was shocked to see me unconscious on the ground with injuries all over my body. Classic ran over to me and gently held my hand. Sonic looked behind and was shocked to see me unconscious on the ground.

"Little Blur," Sonic exclaimed as he kneeled down next to me.

Everyone teleported back to the meadow and started cheering for their victory.

"I'll admit. Y/n wasn't half bad," Knuckles said.

"Half bad? Are you kidding? She was all great!" Amy exclaimed as she smacked Knuckles into a tree.

"Wait, where is Y/n," Tails asked.

Everyone immediately went in silence until Knuckles saw my body on the ground as he regained consciousness. Knuckles walked over to where Sonic and Classic are until he was shocked to see me unconscious on the ground.

"Guys, I found her," Knuckles said.

Charmy looked over Vector's shoulder and was shocked to see me unconscious on the ground.

"Sis!" Charmy exclaimed as he flew over to me.

Tails and Cream looked over and were shocked to see me unconscious as well.

"Y/n!" They exclaimed.

"Y/n! Oh my god," Amy exclaimed as she noticed me.

Everyone came over to me and Tails tried to do the chest compressions on me.

"Y/n! (grunts) Come on! Wake up! (grunts) Please! (grunts) Don't go into the light," Tails pleaded while doing chest compressions.

Silver placed two fingers on my neck and suddenly felt my pulse.

"She got a pulse," Silver said.

Tails immediately stopped doing the chest compressions and looked at me with a sigh of relief.

"Why is she not waking up," Amy asked in concern.

"She's okay. I think she feels exhausted," Espio replied while caressing my head.

"Yeah, she needs to recover from everything like look at her! She's all battered up," Silver exclaimed.

Shadow came over to me and examined my injuries all over my body.

"How is she, Shadow," Blaze asked.

"Lots of fresh scratches on both left and right arm. More scratches on both of the legs as well," Shadow replied.

He turned me over to check on my back and was shocked to see real dark bruises on my back.

"Her back is all bruised up," Shadow added.

He started to check on my face and saw a cut on my chin. A bruise on my forehead, a cut on my left eyebrow, and a hint of blood coming from the left side of my head.

"Two cuts on her eyebrow and chin. Maybe a minor head trauma on the left side of her head," Shadow added.

"But she's going to be okay though, right," Cream asked, worried.

"She'll be fine. I just need to patch up her injuries," Shadow replied as he took out his first aid kit.

While Sonic and the others were watching Shadow tending my wounds, Sonic noticed a note next to a cassette player. He picks it up and reads it.

Dear Uncle Sonic,

I know that today is your birthday and I wanted to give you a very special gift. I was thinking about going to your party, but my mom wanted me to stay home with my dad to take care of the Sol Palace. My dad knew that I wanted to go and prepared a gift for you, so he let me go to your party. In the bag where the cassettes are, there's this blue cassette that has your name on it. Place that cassette in the cassette player and press the play button.

Happy Birthday to my coolest uncle in the world,

With all of my heart,

Y/n.

After Sonic finished reading the letter, Sonic searched for the blue cassette in the bag and finally found it as he placed it in the cassette player. When he pressed the play button, a nice slow, lovely melody started playing. 

 Sonic started to feel himself in the music and began dancing the waltz. Amy wanted to join him in the waltz until Sonic pulled her in. After they finished their waltz, I woke up with a groan and Shadow noticed me waking up.

"Stepfather, is that you," I groaned.

"Ultimate Lifeform, you're okay," Shadow said in relief.

"Little Blur," Sonic exclaimed as he hugged me.

"Y/n, you're okay," Amy exclaimed as she joined in the hug.

"What happened," I asked.

"You were really battered up, other than that you're okay," Silver replied.

"Y/n," Charmy, Cream, and Tails exclaimed as they hugged me.

"Don't scare us like that. We thought we lost you," Tails said.

"Sorry guys," I said.

"What matters is that you're okay," Cream said.
