"We'll be able to resume our routine now that we're back with Sakura. What we didn't expect was to encounter greed."

Not even the first rays of the sun had illuminated the horizon when Sakura opened her eyes, as she did every morning. However, what she didn't expect upon unfolding her eyelids was to be met with the sleeping face of her classmate, Todoroki. She stared at him for a moment until her mind began to awaken and react. Anxiety made her sweat as her brain started to piece things together: this wasn't Midoriya's house, nor the room she shared with All Might before heading to the island, not even the hotel where she stayed on the turtle island. She tried to move cautiously to get out of the futon without disturbing the others' sleep, but in doing so, she encountered another body. Peering over, she saw Midoriya asleep. Carefully, she lifted the blanket to look underneath. "Phew, we're clothed," she felt relieved. She dropped her head onto the pillow.

The movement woke the two boys at the ends. When Midoriya met Sakura's gaze, he was about to ask what was going on, but she spoke first.

"I didn't know you guys had those kinds of preferences, sorry if I made you uncomfortable."

Midoriya blushed intensely and Todoroki started denying any implication beyond friendship between the two of them. Their reactions were so exaggerated that Sakura couldn't help but let out a soft laugh.

"Sorry, you should've seen your faces," said Sakura, sitting on the futon beside them. Her laughter abruptly ceased when her conscience pricked her for having slept in Shoto's bed. Seeing that he didn't seem surprised to see her, she figured he had woken up as soon as she got into bed. At least she owed him a sincere explanation.

"I'm sorry, I got in the wrong bed by accident. I suffer from nightmares since the war, and, to dispel them, I feel calmer sleeping with someone. Midoriya helped me."

She couldn't believe that the night before she was so tired that she didn't realize she was in the dormitories of the academy and headed to Shoto's room.

"You can come sleep here whenever you want."

Sakura was speechless.

"Both of you can come to sleep whenever you want. I haven't been in a war, but it must be horrible to dream of the past."

Shoto's words, still sleepy, were so sincere that Sakura felt the urge to hug him.

"Thank you," she said sincerely before pulling away. "I promise I'll always sleep dressed."

She had to contain her laughter, covering her mouth, as she watched both of them blush when their minds led them to unexpected images. She enjoyed teasing Izuku with occasional jokes, but observing Todoroki's innocent and spontaneous reactions entertained her even more, especially seeing his attempt to maintain composure.

"So, are you two dating?" Todoroki asked.

"Don't take it too seriously," Midoriya intervened before Sakura could say something that embarrassed both of them or that Todoroki, who tended to take everything literally, misinterpreted.

"... So, you don't wear pajamas then?" Shoto asked, somewhat puzzled.

Just what Midoriya feared. Sakura gently tapped Midoriya's head and then Shoto's.

"No, I always sleep in pajamas. Sometimes I like to tease Izuku," she thought to herself, secretly finding Shoto an interesting addition to her games.

"I guess I still have a lot to learn about you."

Concluding the conversation, Sakura decided to get up, prompting Midoriya to do the same.

"Where are you going? It's still very early," commented Todoroki, still not seeing the sunlight peeking through the window.
