"Hey, Sammy. Do you think we're friends in every universe?" Said the girl I had loved since forever really. Her name was Opal Wilson, a beautiful girl in my eyes. I've known her since we were little. We grew up in the same neighborhood and went to the same schools. Over the years, we naturally started liking each other. Well, not like that yet. If I'm going to be honest, I didn't even know I liked her, but it was so obvious to other people. They always said that whenever I looked at her I always looked so happy. Some of my friends even say that she looked back at me the same way, although it doesn't feel like it sometimes.
"Opal, of course we are. In every universe we will be friends. And even if I don't know you, I'll still be your friend. I swear." I smiled at her, she smiled back. Happy with the answer I gave her. "Y'know, I think so too then!"
