Getting ready for bed, I can't get my mind off Olive. Not in the usual way. She just cried in front of me. Barely, but still.

I searched her entire social media trying to find this Mia. I even googled her but nothing much showed up after the search box was 'Mia - Olive Larsen'.

I don't have those skills where I can find a person based on their first name only. I'm a man. Not a goddamn teenage girl.

I hear a knock on my door. Spitting out the tooth paste in my mouth, I answer. "Yeah?" I don't know who it is but I hear the door open.

I rinse off and head out of the bathroom, turning the light off and closing the door behind me. I see my sister sat on my bed waiting for me.

"What's up?" I ask.

She's comfortably sat, in her white silk pajamas. "What happened with Liv?" She doesn't even hesitate. She just goes straight to the point.

"I don't even know." I tell her, joining her on the bed, sitting down next to her. She turns and looks up at me a 'seriously?' look, not believing me. "I'm not lying, Isa. I don't know what happened, she got mad and left. Then she just started crying. She wouldn't tell me why though."

She sighs. Isabel knows why. She just doesn't want to tell me. And I respect that she doesn't want to step over her best friend's privacy.

It's fucking with my mind though. I don't think I can ever see her cry again, it's awful. Just knowing she's hurt when I thought she was maybe heartless just shows that she's just any other human being.

"Give her time." She tells me, laying her head on my shoulder. "It took her a while to tell me. It'll happen. Just wait." She tries to comfort me, taking her hand in mine.

I kiss the top of her head, thanking her for the effort of trying to comfort me before placing my own head above hers.

Olive and I have everything but time. We have two more weeks together. We both know it. But we both have no idea what'll happen after.

I can't be in a relationship. She doesn't even do relationships anyway. It's just too messy. And while those next few weeks together are supposed to be just having fun, I can't help but only be worried about her now.

Isabel stays with me for a little longer, trying to offer comfort. But it only makes me think more and more about Olive.

What happened with this Mia girl that it would affect her this much?

"Pedri..." She starts up after moments of silence, taking her head off me, and looking me in the eyes instead. "What the fuck are you guys doing?"

I open my mouth, but it dries out trying to find the right words since there are none. "What do you mean?" I ask, instead. Trying to avoid this conversation yet again.

"Stop it, you know what I mean." She presses her lips together and raises an eyebrow. "Ignoring Pablo's stupid bet. You guys are really falling for each other. I can just see it."

I honestly don't know what to say. She's right. It's starting to get very complicated. We're playing with our feelings. Feelings we both don't know how to handle or don't actually appropriately understand.

I don't answer. I don't know how to explain it to myself, I'm supposed to explain it to others?

"Look, I love you. So much." This is out of the blue but she looks like she really means it. "But if you're gonna hurt her, I will never forgive you." She threatens.
