April 7th 2016

Today was now the second day of my newfound freedom. Shortly after Eiichiro and I returned home yesterday, he pulled me into the attic of Leblanc to explain our schedule for today. He planned on taking me to a variety of places now that I was finally allowed to go along with him.

Said schedule went as so.

1. Get through the school day

2. Attend the club fair and attract the attention of as many clubs as possible (Something I don't want to)

3. Board a train to Shibuya

4. Visit an arcade he frequents there

5. Watch a film about... zoos?

6. 'Big Bang Burger'

Classes conclude for us at 3PM, so if we spent about an hour or so at each individual activity we would still most likely arrive home before the 10PM curfew Matsuo assigned us.

This was going to be a long day.

It was now the final class of the day; Japanese history. The majority of the class looked very disinterested but were more or less paying attention due to their performance in class factoring in how large their monthly allowance will be.

Surprisingly to me even the people I identified as trouble makers, those being Ike, Yamauchi and Sudo were paying attention.

As far as what Eiichiro told me, those three lived in the dorms which served as enough reason for why they would begin to take classes seriously. Their monthly allowance would affect their very way of life so even they were smart enough to know when to take things seriously.

The same however couldn't be said for me.

I had no use for a large sum of allowance, beyond just exploring the world around me. And even besides that everything I was being taught now, were things I already knew from before I was even ten years old.

This fact made it so that I didn't need to worry about any subjects or exams as I could always adjust my score accordingly. All I wanted to do was focus on living a traditional teenage life.

But of course that isn't entirely possible with the looming 'ruin' coming upon me.

I sighed as my mind focused on the upcoming club fair in a few moments. Eiichiro wanted me to join as many clubs as possible but I really had no desire to. At most I'll just attempt to join one or two clubs that Eiichiro couldn't manage to get into.

Speaking of clubs, a question lingered in my mind on whether or not an specific club held more  value to the school then another. Would the soccer club help provide a higher income than the literature club, or vice verca?

I tried to organise in my mind how much the value each of the clubs would hold, in order to help later advise Eiichiro on what to prioritise.

Of course the club at the top was fairly obvious to me.

The Student Council.

It held the most power due to its ability and influence in each of the individual clubs along with its students generally being of the highest calibre.

But being apart of it would be a-lot of paperwork and effort for me to manage and I highly doubt Eiichiro has any leadership qualities waiting to show itself.
