April 14th 2016

I woke up about over an hour or so before the traditional time Eiichiro and I normally did, to get ready ahead of time. Upon showering and getting all my things ready, I carefully woke up Morgana who had slept in my chair since hearing my story from last night.

Upon waking up, I allowed him to crawl into my bag before making my way to Leblanc for breakfast. After finishing up a very short conversation with Matsuo regarding Morgana's name I made my way to the train station.

I was doing all this for a very specific reason and that was the matter of Horikita.

The fact that Horikita's family was wealthy meant that she likely had a good understanding of formal etiquette and the idea of being punctual. This meant she would more than likely arrive at school significantly ahead of time like I was preparing to do right now.

This gave me an opportunity to discuss the matter of the class with her before my role as Vice President was announced.

I had to voice my suggestions to her before it's announced as it might sway her into being less willing to cooperate with me due to the nature of the relationship between her brother. The fact that I was allowed the position would likely stir emotions within her.

While the President didn't state it aloud it was clear to me that his current relationship with his sister was very strained; likely the reason why he was unwilling to help her himself.

This was further accentuated by the information I gathered on the forums. The fact that he started living in the school dorms from his first day here.

Sighing to myself, I got off the train and made my way back to the surface. Upon doing so, Morgana popped his head out of my bag, reaching for air.

"I advise you not to do that when we're walking around in school," I commented.

"No one's gonna care, and besides who could say no to such a cute cat like me?" He quirked.

"So you admit it then?" I joked.

He ended up erupting into a series of yells and hisses.

He had a slight point. While the school would likely never allow this under traditional circumstances, if I managed to receive results then they would be willing to pardon most things I did. Such was the case with Nagumo and his lackeys. My role as Vice President could additionally soften the school up to the idea of allowing Morgana to remain by me.

As I finally reached the school's gate I took note of how scenic it was. Due in part to the lack of any students at all, along with the gentle rising sun creeping from the distant sky.

Making my way through the halls, I eventually reached our classroom. Sliding the door open I came to the sight of the girl I was looking for, as amber eyes met crimson.

"Ayanokouji-Kun? I'm surprised you had it in you to arrive early."

Ignoring her comment, I made my way toward my seat and placed my bag on the floor. As I did Morgana's curious eyes observed the raven-haired girl.

"Is that... the cat from yesterday?" She asked. "What is it doing here with you, and in class no less?"

I clicked my tongue for a moment, searching for an excuse.

"The cat was abandoned outside the school, we couldn't leave just leave him." I lied. "There's no one to take care of him at home and besides, I doubt the class would feel strongly enough to object to him being here."
