Chapter 2: What makes a hero.

The words that Midoriya said reminded All Might of himself when he was his age.

Before he was the No.1 hero All Might, he was a young frail quirkless boy named Toshinori Yagi and like Midoriya, he too has faced discrimination but in that time there were more quirkless people like 45% of the population of Japan.

It was when he meet someone who inspired him to become what he is now, the Symbol of Peace.

All Might: Young Midoriya even though I want to see a quirkless person become a hero, I'm afraid that's not possible.

Izuku: W-what?

All Might: It's not that I'm against it but with the Villains becoming more dangerous and The HPSC becoming more corrupt and willing to go against quirkless people it's going to be impossible.

Narcisso: So you're saying that it's not because he can't do it but because that there are challenges that can ruin him?

All Might: Yes.

Midoriya was sad not that All Might was against him as it he was happy by that he wasn't against him. What made him sad is that Society is can't accept him for what he is.

All Might: Unless...you can prove me that you're worthy of receiving my quirk.

Izuku/Narcisso: Wait What?

Narcisso: Wait you're saying that he has a chance to receive your quirk? that's like some Thor's hammer type shit since there has be very little chance of that type of quirk ever recorded.

All Might: Oh its real Alright.

All Might nodded as it surprised them Midoriya has a chance to get a quirk. At the same time an explosion was heard as the 3 headed to the area where they saw Bakugo being held hostage by the same Sludge monster that tried to kill Midoriya.

The three heroes Backdraft, Kamui woods, and Mt.Lady were trying to restrain him with Death arms knocked out cold thanks to the sludge monster using Katsuki's arms to hit him.

Mount lady was using her Size to pick up any injured people and take them to safety while Backdraft was taking on the Fire that the wild Bakugo started while trying to free himself.

Kamui: Damn it Backdraft, spray water for me, I need to free the boy and rescue Deatharms.

Backdraft: I could but the fire is getting too tough to handle.

Part of the building was about to collapse onto of a few people until Mt.Lady grabbed it as the Civilians ran away to safety as she let go as the building was beyond saving.

Mt.Lady: That was close, are any of the Citizens are OK?

Kamui: They're ok but we need to save Deatharms and the kid we can't get to them without getting hit by that guy or hurting the hostage.

Narcisso: This isn't good. Hey All Might.

The no.1 hero.turned to Yaoyorozu.

Narcisso: You said you want Izuku to prove himself worthy of your quirk, right?

All Might: Yes why?

Narcisso: How about Izuku and I help take this guy down? With your permission sir?

All Might: Alright you have my permission.

Narcisso: Izuku, We're gonna need to distract that monster so that the heroes can get Deatharms to safety.
