Chapter 2: Stolas POV

Stolas looks at Blitz's messages and sighs

Stolas: Does he love me or is it all for the grimoire?

Stolas hears a knock at his door

Stolas: who is it?

Octavia: It's me, Dad.

Stolas: Oh come in Octavia.

Octavia walks into his room

Octavia: Dad I overheard you talking.

Stolas: I'm sorry I just real-

Octavia cuts him off

Octavia: I understand Dad

Stolas: What?

Octavia: I understand that you love him

Octavia: But he might not love you.

Stolas: But what about inviting me to a date at Ozzie's?

Octavia: How did that end up Dad?

Stolas: Sighs* it didn't end well.

Octavia: Just ask him if he loves you.

Stolas: What if he says no?

Octavia: What if he says yes?

Stolas: Let me think about this Starfire

Octavia: ok dad

Octavia leaves Stolas's room and Stolas starts thinking about his and Blitz's relationship

Stolas: it wouldn't hurt to ask
