Inuokko- A Love Curse. [Hanahaki]

Mission

It was another day at school when suddenly I got assigned a mission  by Gojo-sensei to defeat a curse that was terrorizing citizens at a underground subway. To be honest, it wasn't rare for me to go alone for missions like these, and either way I couldn't reject the offer since Gojo-sensei was basically begging me to go. I sigh in annoyance and rolled my eyes.

'Fine, ill go and defeat the curse, but after this im not going on another mission for  today'

Gojo-sensei immediately pat my head and gave me a thumbs up. "You got yourself a deal!" He said in a annoying tone. I waved goodbye and headed towards the exit.

I handed the cashier some money, and grabbed my throat medicine. I smiled slightly and gave her a nod. I turned around and stuffed the medicine in my pocket and headed towards the underground subway. People were screaming and yelling as I arrived at the subway. As I searched for the curse, I unzipped my collar.

'Run.'

Citizens immediately ran out of the subway, and that's when I spotted it. It was a little bigger than me, and had pink skin. I went in battle stance and waited for the curse to make or move, or I will.

The monster noticed me and shot out a red liquid towards me. I dodged it easily and hid behind a pillar.

'Get crushed'

The arm of the monster got crushed, then the left leg. Right before it got crushed it shot a gooey red liquid at me  that I failed to dodge. I went flying at a wall and coughed out blood. I grabbed the throat medicine from my pocket and chugged it down immediately. My throat went a little numb, but I was used to it. When I got up, I immediately coughed up petals. Wait... petals...? I frozed. I've never seen anything like this before. I glanced at the curse disappearing and ran towards it. I scooped up a glob of the gooey red liquid from its right arm just before it disappeared.

What the fuck was happening? I zipped up my collar, grabbed the petals that I coughed up and stuffed it inside my pocket. I grabbed my phone and began walking. I wiped off the gooey red liquid off my finger and searched up "What happens if you cough up petals?" And almost immediately froze.
