Phil's p.o.v
Dan just called the police over this I never thought he would
"what did they say?" i asked eager to know "we have to go down there and talk to them you should find somewhere for James to stay" he said and I took out my phone
I dial Pj's number and within seconds he picked up "hey Phil" he answered "hey Peej I need a favor something very important came up and" I said and was then cut off
"we'll keep him again it's no problem he's a great kid" he said "thank you so much Pj I owe you" I said then we said our goodbye's
"that's done but Dan I'm scared" I said looking up at Dan who had tears in his eyes "everything is going to be okay Philly" he said
"you know Dan I never finished doctoring you" I said trying to make him smile
"don't make me go through that again you are to fucking hot when you "doctor" me" he said and I smiled
"to bad I don't want you to hurt" I said taking his hand beginning to drag him into the bathroom
"fine" he laughed I sit him down in there and when to get another ice pack when I got back I placed it lightly on his eye then he grabbed it
I opened the medicine cabinet and got some aspirin "take this it should ease any pain" I said and Dan smiled
he took and I smiled at him "thanks" he said holding the ice pack
"Do you think the person would hurt James?" I asked
I heard Dan huff "I don't know Phil it can hurt me all it wants though if it even touches James it will die no doubt about it" he said
"Thank you Dan for everything" I said
"But this would not have happen if I stayed away...James would be safe not in danger" he said not daring to look into my eyes
"No Dan none of this is your fault it this sick person he/she what ever it is is going to get caught I promise" I said just trying to calm Dan down it wasn't his fault I ... we need him
"Come on we need to get ready I'm ready for it to get caught" I said trying to make him think about the good that is going to happen
"Um Phil we haven't got my stuff yet I need to borrow some clothes" he said then kinda laughed
We went and got changed then walked to the lounge "we will have to get something to eat later" I said then pecked his lips
"You sure you aren't still full from last night" Dan joked laughing I blushed a bright red "hush" I whispered so he couldn't hear
We got on the lift and made our way to my car then quickly made our way to the police office
*after the drive there*
"Come on" I said quickly getting out of the car
We walked quickly into to place and looked for someone to ask
Dan finally spotted someone that might be able to help "hello ma'am I called earlier about us possibly being stalked and the person attempting and succeeding to harm me" Dan said in a different voice it sounded more businessy
"Oh yes sir you talked to Chole earlier she set you guys up an appointment I'll take you just follow me please" she said then took us back to a cops desk
"This is officer Jaco he will be asking you questions and getting a report of what is going on" she said and smiled at us I smiled back and Dan kinda of smirked
"Hello what is both of your names?" He middle aged man asked
"I'm Daniel James Howell and this is my boyfriend Phillip Michael Lester but we go by Dan and Phil" Dan said with a small studder
The officer nodded and wrote something down
We then told him everything that had happen,what we knew,where my son was, and so much more as he jotted all of it down on a piece of paper
"Okay guys here is what's going to happen not much has happened and we can not trace the text but the moment something else happens we will be there" he reassured us
"Thank you so much sir" I said and Dan thanked him also
"Dan he is still out there" I said grabbing his hand in a need for more protection
"The cops are on our side Phil it will be okay" he said and kissed my cheek
Then the phone buzzed and one thing popped up
a message from an unknown source
