Phil's p.o.v
"can we please just get your stuff I really just need a distraction" I said shaking

"yeah umm just turn at the next right" Dan said looking at me like I was some abandon puppy

I felt his hand on my thigh "It's going to be okay" I just shook tears beginning to form in my eyes I pulled over

"can you drive please?" I asked on the verge breaking down "okay" he said and we switched places

minutes past but it felt like hours knowing that someone had James my James what if he was hurt

"Phil we're here you can stay here if you want" Dan said snapping me back into reality "no I'll go you might need help" I said trying as hard as I could to sound happy for Dan

all he did was nod then we went up to his flat

"I actually don't have that much stuff so I should be pretty simple" Dan said getting two suit cases and bags

"okay" I said taking one of the suit cases and finding his room then began packing his clothes

"black,black,black,and more black" I said to myself then heard a slight laugh startled I turned around to see Dan

"sorry" he said sarcastically I ignored him and kept packing when I found a note in one of his shirts it was kind of like I was meant to be found

"Dan" I whispered then he walked over to me I opened it and read it I felt my face turn even more pale than before no it can't be

Dan's p.o.v
Phil handed me the note first I examined it it was a typed note I slowly the read it

Hi me again you should remember I'm always one step ahead of you. you should have stayed away from the police any further contact with then will get James killed want to save him? yes? if so Phil has to come in return don't think I would do it try me

PS. I'm not leaving until Phil is mine

holy fuck no he can't do this

"I'm going and I'm going to get out as well" Phil said determinedly

"But Phil you can't and even if you did what about James who would get him?" I asked still trying to process what was happening

"Marry me then you will get custody of him" he said

"Phil..." I said not really knowing what to say

"Okay maybe that is to much but you will get James and I will be safe" he said and he wasn't joking

"please Dan if not for me for James" he added

I nodded regretting it "please don't get hurt" I told him "I won't I promise" he said
