Dan's p.o.v
The message we dreaded was one click away I have to do this before Phil I grabbed the phone from him and clicked to read the message

While you have been fibbing, me and James had a little talk about what has happened poor thing is just to useless and helpless to understand
I started crying he has James no he could be lieing but then I seen there was an attachment to the message
It was a picture of a person in black clothes and black gloves holding a knife up to James
I couldn't take it anymore I broke down I dropped the phone and fell to the ground "it's all my fault" I repeated "he has him now and it's all my fault"
Phil pulled me up and dragged me into the building agian "remember what you said Dan if anyone touched him it would be dead it's going to happen now" Phil said while dragging me along with the phone
Without asking or anything Phil pushed his way through to the cops desk
He threw the phone down on the desk "This thing has my son" he screamed "if you don't do anything about it I will it will not kidnap my child and get away with it" he yelled only sightly quieter
"Please calm down sir we will do something could you give us all the information about your son and the people that are watching him" he said calmly I grabbed Phil's had he was shaking I rubbed circles in his hand
Phil gave all the information he needed
"We can file a missing child report of you call and the babysitters and see what happen" the man said
I quickly got out my phone and dialed the number "hello" one said it was Chris
"Chris where is James" I said then there was silence "where is James!" I screamed
"Someone took him I have been looking for him me and Pj spilt up we can't find him" he said then you could here him cry
"Okay Chris that's all" I said then hung up
"He said someone took him" I said and the cops nodded
"Well they are our first suspects since that's where he was last" the officer said
"You to go home keel an eye open we will call if we get any updates if this person calls,texts, or tries to hurt you call us" he said
"Yes sir we will" me and Phil said at the same time
We walked away once again
"We can go get your stuff so you can move in today" Phil said
"Maybe I shouldn't" I said with my hand down
"What why?" Phil asked
"If I 'back off' maybe you can get James back" I said then Phil stopped walking
"Dan I don't care I'm getting my family back and you are a part of it" Phil said "I need you" he added in a whisper
I really had no words so I shook my head agreeing I would stay
He grabbed my hand and held it as I held back
"Let's get your stuff and moved in as quick as we can" Phil said "yeah okay" I smiled
He took my hand and brought me to his car and once we were both in I told him my address or old address
I felt my phone vibrate so I checked it scared of who it could be
It was a text from Pj

Hey Dan I'm sorry that all of this happened I promise we will find him
"Who is it" Phil said I could tell he was scared because his hand was shaking and he had a small studder
"Just Pj calm down Phil" I said calmly
He breathed in and out the nodded at me
