*A few years later*

POV: Minho

I park the van outside of the Bang residence. My heart beating ever so violently in my chest. The last few years have been so rewarding. Mr and Mrs Bang have been such a joy in both my life and everyone else's.

Watching Y/N come out of her shell and let the person she is be born again has been so enchanting to watch. Each time a new aspect of her true identity comes forth I fall in love. I've fallen so deep I can't imagine a world without her.

I take a deep breath. My head resting on the steering wheel for a moment.

"Alright Minho, get in there and stick it to the man" I say to myself, grabbing my phone and keys and exiting the car.

Alright, here goes nothing.

I stroll up the beautiful walkway acting like I'm not completely freaked right now. Rehearsing what I want to say in my mind over and over.

When I get up to their door I raise my hand to knock. I hesitate for just a moment before convincing myself to just do it.

And now I wait.

The door creaks open and is almost slammed off the hinges when I lift my head.

"Minho! What a nice surprise! Come in come in" Mrs Bang says, gesturing for me to enter.

I oblige, stepping inside and closing the door behind me, "thank you Mrs Bang, it's lovely to see you!"

We walk further into the house after I take my shoes off. Passing their family pictures, old and mostly new. Such genuine happiness radiates from these walls.

"What brings you here? Is everything okay?" She asks, taking out a charcuterie board from the fridge and some lemonade.

I take a seat at the dining table, taking a piece of cheese, "everything is perfect, don't worry. I'm actually here to ask an important question. Well, important for me.. really important for me. Is Mr Bang home?"

"Oh? He's upstairs reading, let me go get him for you. Help yourself!" She says, gesturing to the snacks on the table as she scurries off.

"Hoooo, alright Minho. It's nerf or nothin- nope wrong one; it's now or never" I hype myself up, hearing footsteps above me.

They begin to get closer. As they do I take another piece of emotional support cheese. Gotta have it, I mean her charcuterie boards are phenomenal.

"Ah Minho! Lovely to see you" Mr Bang says, a smile on his face with his arms open for a hug.

I reciprocate his smile and stand to hug him. He seems to prefer hugs over hand shakes. Such a gentle giant he is.

"Lovely to see you as well!" I respond, taking a seat as he does.

"So, I've been told you're here to ask a question. Is everything okay?" He says, looking slightly worried waiting for my reply.

"Oh yes, everything is perfect! Very perfect. Uhm, I'm not usually very traditional considering my line of work and how I grew up. But there is one thing I swore I'd always uphold. Uhm. Sorry, I'm incredibly nervous right now" I chuckle out, fidgeting in my chair.
