Babysitting

I was laying so good and comfortable in my bed, but something was moving next to me. I lift my head and see Chloe put her clothes on. Two days ago I had made her clear I just wanted to be friends and since after that she slept already here for two days . I mean sleeping, it's not that we slept a lot through the night, the sex was actually very good. 

"Where are you going?" I asked her with roughness in my voice, still not awake. She put her hair in a bun and came to sit next to me. 

"I need to go, Brooke, I also need to work on Saturday and I think Mrs Wilmsen will not appreciate it if I come late again two days in a row. She almost killed me yesterday with that look, and we all know whose fault that is." she's giving me a small push, and I made a gasp.

"What! How dare you put the blame on me. She was the one that started in the bathroom, not me." I said with an annoyed face. Apparently I left some hickeys the night Chloe and I had sex, and Val was not really font with seeing that. 

Chloe told me that she needs to go, she gave me a quick peck on the lips and left the house. Yesterday, Chloe and I made a deal. If none of us start to get a serious relationship, we can just have friends with benefits. It was actually her who came with the deal, what surprised me, but I'm not complaining. No relationship and just sex, that's what I was looking for. 

I stretched myself out, and I still wanted to lay in bed, but I promised my mom to let the dog out. Later on the day, I had nothing to do, so I could rest then. I kept forgetting that I need to babysit Eleonor today. I actually don't want to go after what happened between Val and me, but I'm mature enough to handle the situation. I don't want to chicken out and cause problems for their job. 

I jumped out of bed, put some clothes on and made scrambled eggs. After the good breakfast, I put my running shoes on and drove to my mom's house. Why not go for a run with the dog, then just walk.

When I came to my mom's house, I took Lexy's ball, and she started to jump up and down. This dog is crazy about her ball, I put it in my pocket and did the leash around her neck. 

When we came to an open field, I let her go and threw the ball. Every time I try to throw the ball further and further, but every time this dog comes back faster and faster. It looks like this dog can just run forever. I threw the ball one more time so that we could go further. When Lexy picked up the ball, she didn't run to me, she ran somewhere else. Shit! I ran behind her to stop her from attacking someone. Oh, no it's a small child, the closer I came, the more I recognized the little boy, Eleonor. The dog laid the ball in front of him, and went to him to give him kisses. Those two are unseparable. $

"Hi, Eleonor, are you here alone?" I asked him with a confused look.  

"No, mom is stuck between branches so she asked me to get help" he pointed to a forest and I saw the bushes move a little. I took his hand, and we walked to the forest. 

 "Why were you guys moving through branches?" I asked confused. 

"Because we always go through there if we want to come to this field, but I think mom does not fit between it anymore, hahaha" Eleonor said laughing out loud.

"Ey that's mean, we don't say that" I hear someone speak through the branches. 

"Oh hi, Brooke, can you help me please" I looked at her and I really just wanted to leave her there, I think it was karma. 

 " Yes, yes of course " I said with serious face , so she knows that I only do it because her son is here.I moved the branches to the side and took her hand. I counted to three and she moved very fast out of it. Everything happened in slow motion and I saw her face change from relieve to horror. She stumbled over lower branches, I caught her in the air and my back fell on the grass.
