Chapter 17

~ 3rd Person POV ~

Taehyung woke up with arms tightest wrapped around his waist. Today was different. The mixture of hurt and pain from last night and the sweet comfort that he has gotten from Jungkook even though he was being wrongfully rude to him for no reason. He wanted to apologize asap

Jungkook was a great friend and his sexual business had nothing to do with what type of friend he was going to be like. It was wrong for Taehyung to assume that

He tried to move but a certain pair of arms held him in place, holding on to him very tightly. He slowly turned his body around, struggling like no other just to start smiling a little when he saw Jungkook's sleeping face

Taehyung couldn't resist the smile on his face going away as he looked at his best friend. Jungkook looked so peaceful...he grinned a little and placed his hand on Jungkook's face, caressing it slowly

Jungkook leaned into his touch, feeling his warm and soft hand on his cheek

Taehyung looked over at his clock and saw that it was currently 6:45 am. He had more time to sleep in his bed because his classes didn't start until eight am. The more Taehyung looked at him, that night seemingly left his mind. That night with Chan, it was like Jungkook made all of his pain go away. Which he was thankful for

" Are you staring at me?" Jungkook asked as his morning voice made Taehyung blush a little. He removed his hand but Jungkook grabbed it and kissed it, liking the soft touch of Taehyung's hand on his face

" no...I wasn't, stop assuming things" Taehyung mumbled while thumping Jungkook's forehead and laughing just a little. Jungkook smiled, his charming smile making Taehyung's heart melt more and more

" Why did you wake up? Is something wrong?" Jungkook asked him, his eyes furrowing because Taehyung was never the type of person to just wake up and stare at people of course. With what happened last night, Jungkook started to get up, a worried look on his face and Taehyung shook his head no. Making Jungkook lay back down

" I'm good Jungkook, nothing is wrong" Taehyung mumbled as he placed his hand back on Jungkook's cheek, caressing it softly as Jungkook sighed with relief

" Ah okay, I'm sorry for freaking out...I'm still a little pissed around last night. I'm still pissed that Chan did that to you. You weren't ready, that should have been a valid reason for him to stop " Jungkook said as he balled up his fist

The images of Taehyung crying in his chest last night because of what Chan did to him could almost make him see red. The anger he felt when Taehyung explained to him what all that happened, just pissed him off more

" Kookie-"

" No and I can't believe you're going to let this slide " Jungkook mumbled with anger as he looked at him. He didn't understand why Taehyung was extremely pissed off at this situation. Jungkook now, more than ever, hates Chan's guts. Taehyung placed his hand on his shoulder

" Jungkook-

" He is an asshole who doesn't know when to stop. It doesn't matter if you guys were on the verge of having sex. The second you said you didn't want to do it should have been to the end of the fucking conversation. What the hell is wrong with him" Jungkook hissed out before stopping

" Be right back " Jungkook mumbled as he got out of bed and quickly put his clothes back on. Taehyung's eyes widen immediately as he knew what that look in Jungkook's eyes was. He had the look each time to was ready to do something he wasn't supposed to

" no no no, where are you going?" Taehyung asked as he stumbled out of his bed, almost busting his ass as he stood in front of Jungkook who was about to leave his room

"Nowhere, go back to sleep Taehyung "

" No, I know what you are going to do and I don't want you to. Karma will get his shitty ass, don't do anything"

" But he-"

" I know what he did Jungkook and I just want to get over it yeah? I won't go near him again. I will just be with you if you want and then I will be fine" Taehyung said as he grabbed Jungkook's hand and rubbed his eyes, still sleepy after all

" fine" Jungkook mumbled in defense and walked back over to Taehyung's bed, getting back in it like he does any other time that he sleeps in his bed. Taehyung smiled and lay down right beside of him

" Koo"

" Hm?" Jungkook asked with closed eyes

" Thank you for comforting me yesterday...I appreciate it and I want to apologize for how I acted. I'm sorry for bringing up your sexual history. It's none of my business and I shouldn't have used it in an argument. That was out of line of me and I hope you can forgive me. Taehyung asked with a sincere frown. Jungkook gave him his signature smile and kissed him on the forehead

Jungkook could never be mad at his best friend. After all, he was one of the few people who didn't judge him

" It's okay Tae, you needed to be helped. I'm your friend so I'm here to help you when you need it. Don't thank me for that" Jungkook said while smiling and grabbing his hand

Taehyung couldn't even believe the things that he said to Jungkook. He didn't deserve that, Jungkook was a good friend and has always been an amazing friend

" Why are you frowning like that? What's wrong?" Jungkook asked. Jungkook knew Taehyung's emotions like they were his. They were best friends after all

" I know I just said this but I'm so sorry for what I said to you...a few days ago and yesterday. It's none of my business how many people you've slept with. I'm sorry for"

" Shhhh" Jungkook said as he placed his fingers on Taehyung's lips. Making him quiet

" it's okay....it's okay. I'm not mad at you, I was a little sad but I wasn't upset at you. Even if it was about me, you have the right to feel how you want to feel about it " Jungkook said while smiling a little. Jungkook understood

Taehyung bit his bottom lip and looked down. He still felt bad because Jungkook was his close friend and he still shouldn't have said those mean things to him

" I know but-"

" No Taehyung, It's okay, I promise, " Jungkook said as he rubbed Taehyung's sides up and down. Making him feel much better. " Thank you, " Taehyung said while pouting and kissing him on the nose.

" It's so early," Taehyung said while laughing a little. Jungkook wrapped his arms around his waist, forcing Taehyung to lie on his chest

" Well, then we'll go back to sleep. Classes don't start until eight " Jungkook said as he laid his face on the top of Taehyung's head and smiled. Making Taehyung feel things that he never thought he could feel
