Chapter 33

~ 3rd Person POV ~

" So that's why you are upset? He posted a picture without your permission?" Jimin asked as he sat down in front of Taehyung, handing him his strawberry smoothie

" It's not that...I just wasn't ready for all the attention you know? Jungkook is pretty well known here and I'm a nobody. I walked down the hallways and everyone looked at me as if I murdered someone" Taehyung mumbled while frowning and sipping his drink

" My DMS are full of people asking me all types of questions. Some are nice and some are filled with Jungkook's past hookups" Taehyung stated as he rolled his eyes

" I know you aren't ready for the attention but don't you think you snapped at Jungkook is a little too harshly? I'm not the one to be nosey but if Jungkook doesn't really like relationships, shouldn't you feel special that he was willing to ask you out and be with you? "'Jimin asked

" Well yeah...I mean...kinda...ish" Taehyung mumbled while thinking about what Jimin said. Seconds later, Taehyung started to feel like shit for snapping at him

Jungkook was never really known for dating anyone or even considering to date anyone. For Jungkook to post them and admitting that they were dating. It was a big step, not only for Taehyung but for Jungkook as well

" I hate to admit it but you are right...I feel really special that Jungkook wanted to tell everyone that we are a couple" Taehyung said as he played with his drink

"Go talk to him okay? We'll hang out another time. Just go fix things with your man" Jimin said with a smile and Taehyung nodded his head

" Thank you, you are the best!" Taehyung said as he walked out of the smoothie shop in their college

Taehyung walked around campus a little bit, trying to find his boyfriend so that he could apologize for snapping at him and being rude the other day. Taehyung smiled a little once he spotted Jungkook sitting down on the bench. He smiled a little and walked over to him

" Hey Kookie," Taehyung said as he sat down beside him. Jungkook looked at him before turning his attention back to his phone, still upset about what happened

" Kookie?" Taehyung asked as he placed his hand on Jungkook's shoulder. Jungkook took out his headphones and looked at him

" What is it?" Jungkook mumbled rudely and Taehyung was taken back by his rude behavior

" Oh...I just wanted to tell you-"

" Tell me what? That you are sorry?" Jungkook said as shoved his books in his bags and got up

" No wait, Kookie," Taehyung said as he grabbed his hand. Jungkook turned around and looked at him

" All I wanted was to show everyone that I had an amazing boyfriend. I thought you'd be cool with it but all you did was yell at me and I didn't even get a thank you or anything. I took down the stupid ass post so that you can be happy or whatever " Jungkook said while rolling his eyes

" No Kookie...listen I'm sorry-"

" Listen Taehyung, if you weren't ready for us to go public then you could have just said that, or are you too embarrassed to date me?" Jungkook asked

" No no no, I'll never be embarrassed to be seen with you baby," Taehyung said as he grabbed his hand

" What? You don't want people to see you with someone that was a whore? Is that it?" Jungkook said, his eyes filling up with tears and it made Taehyung's heart break

" No, no baby please don't think like that. I'd never think of you that way. Never " Taehyung said as he placed his hand on his cheek, not liking him in tears

" Then what is the problem? Why don't you want to be seen with me" Jungkook asked quietly

" It's not that I don't want to be seen with you baby...I've never been in a relationship before, especially with someone popular. So many people want you...are will do anything to be with you...I'm just not used to it" Taehyung said while looking down at his feet

" Taehyung, I know my past is shitting but if you don't know how to handle it then let's stop seeing each other-"

" No, I want to be with you...I do. I don't want to leave you, I always feel safe with you " Taehyung said

" Please don't think that way...I'm begging you, I love you so much " Taehyung said as he caressed his cheek, pressing their foreheads together. Jungkook grabbed his hand and caressed it, sighing heavily

" I-I know...I'm sorry for acting out. I should have asked you before posting the picture and I know I said it before but, I'm still very sorry " Jungkook said as he kissed his hand

" No, it's okay. I should feel grateful that you are willing to tell everyone about us..." Taehyung said as he looked up at him with sparkling eyes

" I love you...very much, " Taehyung said as he pecked him on the lips. Jungkook smiled in comfort and kissed him back

" I love you too my love "
