you saw izuku get up and put all of his clothes back on.

⛓🕷~ "I GOT SOME THINGS I NEED TO DO, take care of everything else, kacchan."

he got his blazer and quickly left. you felt your eyes starting to close but katsuki shook you awake, "c'mon now, (n/n)." he lifted you up and took you to the en-suite. "go piss."

"why?"

"i don't you getting a uti, so go piss." you smile at him and hugged him before he put you down. "you were always so sweet, katsuki." he mumbled a yeah before leaving you to it, waiting outside for you. you called him in after you finished completely.

he turned on the taps and feels the temperature with his hand. "i can't feel if it's hot, can you?" you quickly felt the water, feeling the heat of it. "yeah, it's hot." you looked back at his hand and it was bright red. you grabbed his wrist and put his hand in the sink, running cold water on his palm. "i always told you to be careful of hot water, katsuki. now you have lost sensitivity in your hands due to it."

"why is it a problem i can't feel the heat?"

"you could really hurt yourself, you need your hands you know!" he rolled his eyes and patted your head, his thumb grazing over your fluffy ears. "does anything hurt?"

"hm? no, not really."

"not really?"

"well my cheek hurts." it was still red and puffy from when izuku backhanded you. "stay here." he left quickly and came back with an ice-pack. he motioned for you to put it on your cheek and to sit down and wait for the bath to fill up.

he held your hand as you got in the bath, finally letting your muscles be relaxed. katsuki was about to leave but you grabbed a hold of his finger. "why are you going now? you deserve a bath too." you pulled him closer by his finger and he sighed, "fine, move up then."

you did as you were asked and he got in behind you, leaning against the back of the bath. "well don't sit like that, lean on me." he put his hand on your forearm and motioned for you to lean on his chest.

this felt weird to you, you thought sharing a bath with one of your childhood crushes would be your wet dream, but despite the circumstances, your learning to appreciate what is given to you. "you've changed a lot you know."

"i have?" you nodded, your head resting on his shoulder. you shut your eyes and subtly felt your tail swooshing in the water. "it's weird to think yours and de- izuku's personalities have almost switched. you're more..." you stopped for a second, feeling his fingers twirling around the tip of your tail. "more what?"

"calm, obedient?"

"huh!? obedient!?"

"don't take it the wrong way, i quite like this side of you, besides, i know the old katsuki is still there, i knew it the way you starting calling me brat." he hummed and brought you closer to his body. "and you liked it though, didn't you, brat ?" you hushed him and relaxed once more. "c'mon, we need to get you cleaned up before this water goes cold." he kissed the back of your head as he proceeded to help you get washed.

"i need to give you something."

"what is it katsuki?" he went into a draw gave you a pocket knife, your nickname engraved in the side. "why do i need this?" he puts it in your hand and stares in your eyes. "i just need you safe, okay?"

"okay, katsuki." you hugged him, him hugging back. he never thought he would be giving you a knife.
