FOREWORD ! — ok so before we start, i'll be leading with some notes about the story just to clear anything up that might be confusing at first.
DORM ! — the dormitory you go to in the story will be of my own creation! i can't think of any good disney villains that haven't already been included in some way or are too out of place (like fucking ratatouille or something) SO i'm taking inspiration from the main villain of the dreamworks movie puss in boots: the last wish, since i think death is a broad enough idea for a villain that it could fit. so, for those who don't know, the guy is an anthropomorphic wolf dude who is literally just the embodiment of death.
the dorm is a controversial topic at the school since it was only recently added to the dorms and isn't based on a real villain, but a legend. the dorm only exists because your father and the people from where you come from (said later) all believe in this legend and believe death is a real guy who just fucks around i guess? and he convinces crowley to establish this dorm (almost exclusively for you.)
SIDE NOTE : your father bribed crowley with money like how kalim's parents (SUPPOSEDLY) did :D
MORE DORM STUFF ! — so. based on death, and the legend of puss in boots cheating death, which is seen as a BAD thing by your family. your dorm is called MORSWOLFE. it means something lol dw. i'll describe how the dorm looks later in the book.
ABOUT YOU ! — name: y/n, obviously, BUT your last name is Letifera. don't worry, that ALSO means something. you're a sophomore, since romantic interests will be from all years, but it won't be mentioned much so you can change it if you want. you absolutely despise cats. you were taught by your family that death will come for you no matter what and to embrace it and the very notion of cats having nine lives is genuinely BLASPHEMOUS to you. your hatred for cats might change later :3
STORY ! — erm might follow the game a bit but will probably be mostly my own thing. it will be like each book of the game but with a book EIGHT about your dorm!! and i'm sure you're wondering "hey, if this is a female reader, why is my character a student at an all-boys school?" JUST READ IT AND IT WILL BE EXPLAINED LMAO. much love.
ROMANCE ! — various romantic interests, will either do an ending with the most POPULAR character chosen by you guys or do various endings but who knows cuz no one's gonna even read this!! is this fandom alive???? who cares cuz i saw twst on the app store the other day and remembered i never finished it like back in 2022 and now i'm playing it again so!!! WHO CARES MY ACCOUNT I CAN DO WHAT I WANT 🗣️
DISCLAIMER ! — the characters will prob all be out of character but who cares cuz this isn't gonna be a literary masterpiece, we're just here for a good time 😞 i'm probably gonna make everyone over the top just for the laughs
SIDE NOTE 2 : ok so. i have Not finished the game yet. so idk what happens at the end completely BUT this doesn't follow game plot really so it doesn't matter, but if i get any details wrong it's either because i haven't finished the game or bc i played the first two books AGES ago and forgot | UPDATE (april 14): i have read all the available content for eng book 7 currently, but i haven't watched vids or read any translations of the ending so idk how it goes 😭 pls bear with me / ALSO I RE-READ THE PROLOGUE TO BOOK 3!! so hopefully i have all my facts straight (pray for me)
