Chapter 2: Attacked!

Izuku and Inko where driving home. Izuku was on his tablet watching Herotube without a care in the world while Inko was trying figure how to raise her son who had the power to create quirks! She would have to make sure he doesn't become selfish or corrupt. She would teach him the value of kindness and selflessness, perhaps she could help him to become one of the greatest hero in Japan, maybe the whole world.

But then she saw something in the corner of her eye, a shine. Suddenly, a blinding flash of light streaked through the air, followed by a deafening explosion as a laser struck the front tire of their car. Inko's reflexes kicked in, her heart pounding in her chest as she fought to maintain control of the vehicle.

The car veered wildly to the side, tires screeching against the asphalt as Inko struggled to keep it from careening off the road. Izuku's eyes widened in terror as he gripped the door handle, bracing himself for the impact.

With a sickening crunch, the car collided with a nearby lamppost, metal twisting and glass shattering on impact. The force of the crash sent Inko and Izuku lurching forward, seatbelts straining to hold them in place as the world seemed to spin around them.

Inko's heart raced as she fought to catch her breath, her hands trembling as she reached out to check on her son.

Inko: "Izuku, are you okay?"

Izuku nodded, his own breath coming in ragged gasps as he slowly took stock of their surroundings. The front of the car was crumpled beyond recognition, smoke billowing from the engine as the acrid scent of burning metal filled the air. Then they heard heavy foot steps.

The door on Izuku's side was then ripped off and a pair of large black black hands reached for him. Izuku could only scream as he was pulled out the car by a horrific creature with mechanical components.

Izuku: "MOMMY!!"

Inko: "NO!! GIVE MY SON BACK!!"

Inko held out her hand and used her quirk on her son's clothing to try to pull him back. Robot felts the resistance as Izuku was being yanked from it. It held out its hand and used it's Spatial Distortion Quirk to create a mini black hole beside Inko's arm. Before she knew it, she was howling in pain as her arm was twisted off.

Inko: "AHHHHHHH!!!"

Izuku could only watch as his mother's arm was successfully tore off. He very angry. How dare this thing hurt his mother! Izuku's eyes glowed a little as a ball of energy forms in Izuku's palm before slamming it into the Nomu.

Robot was sent flying back 30 feet into a building. Izuku hurried over to his mother, she had passed out due to the immense pain. Izuku places a hand on Inko's head and gives her a healing quirk he just made, it should grow back her arm like how Deadpool grew back his hand.

Robot climbed out the hole in the building after recovering from the attack. It eyes locked onto to Izuku who only glared back at it.

Robot {Nomu}: "Retrive......Izuku.....Midoriya......"

Izuku eyes widen a bit, how did this thing know his name? Something that would have to wait. He had to protect his mother from this monstrosity. Robot charged at Izuku while firing lasers from its eyes. Izuku leapt out the way of the layers but couldn't dodge the punch to the chest, he crashed against a car and a loud crunch filled the air.

Izuku arms and legs were all in the wrong place and he was sure his back was broken. His consciousness was slipping as he watched the freak of nature approach him with its glowing eyes, but before blacking out Izuku heard a voice he easily recognized.

All Might: "Detroit SMASH!!"

{The Next Day At The Hospital}

Izuku layed in the hospital bed sleeping peacefully. Luckly a doctor with a good healing quirk was there so he quickly healed Izuku's injuries. He need rest to recover from quirk exhaustion. Inko sat beside her son with a sad smile on her face. He arm was completely restored as it was never torn off.

Suddenly someone walked into the room, Inko turned to see a dog? bear? or perhaps a mouse? Beside it was a man who looked like a sleep deprived zombie.

Nezu: "Why hello miss Midoriya! It's a pleasure to meet you. My name is Nezu and this is pro hero Eraser Head. We have to come to talk about your son, we have reason to believe he may be in grave danger."

Inko was incredibly nervous. She and Izuku just got attacked by a monster and it tore her arm off and severally injured her son. Nezu held up the police report.

Aizawa: "Should we really be telling her this?"

Nezu: "She deserves to know."

Inko was confused, know what?

Nezu: "Miss Midoriya, what attacked you and your son was a Nomu. A genetically modified human that possesses more than one quirk. These Nomus belong to a very dangerous villain that's been alive since the dawn of quirks and possess a quirk that allows him to steals quirks. This man is called All For One and we believe he is after Izuku's quirk."

Inko sat in stunned silence as Nezu revealed the horrifying truth about the attack on her and her son. They had been targeted by a Nomu, a creature created by a villain known as All For One, sent chills down her spine. The idea that her son's quirk could be in danger was almost too much to bear.

Nezu: "Miss Midoriya, I understand this is a lot to take in, but we're here to help. Your son possesses a remarkable quirk, one that has caught the attention of dangerous individuals like All For One. But rest assured, we are committed to ensuring his safety."

Inko looked up at Nezu, her eyes wide with fear and uncertainty.

Inko: "But what can we do? How can we protect Izuku from someone like All For One?"

Nezu: "That's where we come in. UA High School is equipped to handle threats like these, and we have resources at our disposal to provide protection and training for students with exceptional quirks."

Eraser Head: "We can offer Izuku specialized quirk training to help him better control and utilize his abilities. And with our security measures in place, we can ensure that he is safe from any further threats."

Inko's mind raced with a whirlwind of emotions – fear for her son's safety, anger at the thought of someone targeting him, but also a glimmer of hope that he could be protected and trained to defend himself.

Inko: "I... I don't know what to say. This is all so overwhelming."

Nezu: "Take your time, Miss Midoriya. We understand this is a lot to process. But know that we are here to support you and Izuku every step of the way."

Inko nodded slowly. Her mind still reeling from the shocking revelation.

Nezu: "All tho, there's something else you need to be aware of. Now that the Hero Public Safety Commission is aware of your son's remarkable quirk, they may seek to intervene for their own purposes."

Inko: "What do you mean? What would they want with Izuku?"

Nezu: "The Hero Public Safety Commission oversees the regulation and management of heroes and their activities. They have a vested interest in powerful quirks like Izuku's, and they may attempt to recruit him for their own benefit."

Eraser Head: "They'll see Izuku as a valuable asset, someone who could potentially tip the scales in their favor. But their motives may not align with Izuku's best interests."

Inko's heart sank at the thought of her son being caught in the crossfire of political agendas and power hungry villains.

Inko: "What can we do."

Nezu: "We'll do everything in our power to keep Izuku safe from outside interference. UA High has its own protocols and safeguards in place to ensure the well-being of our students."

Inko nodded, she was determination to do anything to keep her son safe.

Inko: "I'll do whatever it takes to protect Izuku. Thank you for your help, Principal Nezu, Eraser Head."

Nezu: "Its not problem. Once your ready, come to UA. The sooner the better."

Inko: "Of course."

After Nezu and Eraser left Inko looked at her son as he slept. A smile crept onto her face.

Inko: "With UA's help, I'm sure you'll become a hero in no time."
