As if she heard, Thalia turned around to face the roof where Marinette was standing.

Marinette barely ducked down in time.

"Ugh why are you here?" Deathstroke frowned.

Thalia scowled at him, "doesn't matter as long as we get the miraculous. We'll decide who gets them later. For now, we must relocate Moth-man. We're being watched."

Deathstroke scoffed. "It's probably the cat. Anyone else would have left by now."

"Why do you say that?" She frowned at him.

"Your precious little shield is the only one in the team who knows who we are. The others report to her and the bug. Person watching us is one of your offspring."

"You know her identity?!" Hawkmoth yelled.

"I mean I don't know what she changed it to in Paris. But yeah. Girl almost killed me. No one else could have done that plus those eyes? That was Lazarus madness. You should have seen how angry she got, you would have been so proud."

"Another word out of your mouth about my daughter and I'll slit your neck and take the miraculous myself." Thalia said darkly, holding a dagger against his neck.

"Call her. I dare you. She'll come."

Hawkmoth stared between them.

Thalia called out and order in Arabic. The words she always used to call her.

Marinette was trying to resist... While she was getting better she wasn't as far to ignore her mother's orders. As she was leaving her hiding place, she heard the familiar sound of Batman's cape.

"Noire don't!"

She landed on the roof top between the two.

Marinette froze, looking between them.

"Oh the bat's here too. I should have brought popcorn." Slade chuckled.

Marinette sent the emergency signal to Red-Beetle's and a very quick message to Damien, though it was probably filled with typos... She was shaking and too scared to look away from either of them.

"Beloved." Thalia politely greeted Bruce.

"Thalia." He responded. "Cardinal please... You don't want to go back to her."

"I-I... Y-you wouldn't know what I want... Damien... Made an order to never go back... But...I'd never pick you over mother!  You hate me!"

Thalia restrained a smile at that. "I sent her to you because you would be better for her than the league. Yet she's eager to come back? What did you do?"

"I tried the way I knew. I was wrong. Noire I'm so so sorry. Please believe that I'd never want to actually hurt you. I thought I was helping you recover!"

"Liar! B-but so are you..." She faced Thalia. "Do you love me? Damien said you never told him any of it. Was it all just fake words to keep me loyal?!" Marinette yelled, she didn't want to chose either of them... Her instincts, brain and heart all told her different things. "I-I don't know..."

"You're welcome to come with me and kill both of them." Slade taunted.

"Shut up Wilson!" Both Thalia and Bruce yelled.

"How are those claw marks for you Slade?" Marinette hissed.

"Healing. You're good, so not healing quick."

"Noire please come home. I promise I'll try to be better. The whole family loves you. Please don't go back."

"I have no home!" She screamed. "Not with the League not in Gotham and now that Paris knows what a monster I can be I probably don't have a home here!"
