Jake's POV

"Jake you're not coming you're on lockdown and you leaving the castle defeats the purpose of you being on lockdown." Alejandro said to me as we were walking around the castle. "Ale that's not fair I've been in the castle for days let me leave for just one day." I said to him.

"Me and Javier are just going in the woods for a run you've be there plenty of times so what makes this time going in the woods so special." he said to me. "I don't know maybe the fact that this is my first time going on a run with my son since he has his wolf now." I said to him.

"You can do that when you're not on lockdown." he said to me. "No I want to do it today I'm not waiting until I'm off this stupid lockdown that I already don't need to be on." I said to him. "It's not stupid it's helping." he said to me.

"Who is it helping because all it's doing for me is making me more and more upset that you my stupid mate won't let me do anything." I said to him. "So I'm stupid for wanting to protect you and for wanting you safe." he said to me.

"I can protect my safe you don't need to do that for me all the time." I said to him. "Oh really then why did you mind link me saying you needed me when Kyle was here could you have not protected your self then." he said to me.

"That's different I didn't know what Kyle could fully be capable of and if I did I would have took him down myself because I just don't need your protection because yes I am a omega but I can easily protect myself just like a beta and alpha." I said to him.

"That's your problem Jake." he said to me. "What is?" I asked him. "You think you have to prove to everyone that you can do things just like an beta and alpha all because you're an omega but when will you realize that me the person who is your mate doesn't care about any of that just the need to protect you and keep you safe like I'm trying to do." he said to me.

"Because Alejandro I don't want you to keep protecting me or saving me it's already hard enough that the whole kingdom had to see you, your dad and my dad and brothers protect me when I don't need none of you too." I said to him.

"Since you so badly want to protect yourself to prove to everyone you can then go ahead so the next time you're in danger or need be don't mind link me or anything because I won't be there to help." he said to me.

"Good so then while we are on this run with Javier I won't ask you for anything." I said to him. "I said you can protect yourself I never said you were leaving this castle." he said to me. "I'm leaving this castle Alejandro." I said to him.

"I'm not arguing with you what I said is final you're not leaving." he said to me. "You're saying what you said is final like you own me like I'm one of people that just live in this kingdom and has to do what you say well I'm sorry to break it to you but you are the people's king not mine." I said to him.

"BUT I AM JAKE NOT ONLY AM I THE PEOPLE'S KING I AM ALSO YOURS AND NOT ONLY AM I JUST YOUR KING BUT I'M ALSO YOUR ALPHA SO IF I SAY SOMETHING IS FINAL TO YOU THEN THAT'S WHAT IT MEANS!!" he yelled at me.

And I just looked at him. "This whole time I thought you were just my alpha and my mate and most importantly just Alejandro but never my king so I apologize your majesty for not realizing who you really are." I said to him.

"Jake." he said to me as he tried to walk closer to me but I stepped back. "And seeing as you're my king and my alpha and I'm your omega then I must ask permission can I be dismissed your majesty or would you like to say something else." I said to him.

"No that's all." he said to me. So then I walked around him while just ignoring all the stares that I was getting from staff. "Mama." Javier said to me as he walked up to me with Ken by his side.
