Missing Glow

Traveling in this boring land,

With no destination to go.

Stumbled upon this lovely being,

I got attracted by it's glow.

To be honest,

I approached you with intention.

But didn't think this admiration,

Would lead us to separation.

The time we spent together,

Was the happiest moment ever.

That memory will stay forever,

'Till the end of time, my lover.

However as time passes,

I wanted something more.

I became greedy,

And did something unforgivable.

I knew that light I gave you,

Has made you trouble.

For I have given you much,

Wishing us to be inseparable.

Realizing what I've been doing,

I distanced myself.

So this feeling would stop blooming.

But it was a fail.

Since I've became addicted,

To this fairytale.

Years have passed since you left.

Still thinking of how you felt.

I have not moved on,

For I am too far gone.
