The food kept in front of Tae was hot and spicy but someone was looking hotter and spicier than the food.
Jin served the food to Tae who was fuming with anger. It had been almost an hour and Jungkook was still in meeting with Charlie.
"Eat," Jin gently touched Tae's arm and saw him nodding his head.
"He is busy," Jin informed digging in the noodles, "Namjoon told me they need to crack this deal today. He might not join us."
Jin kept on talking about the deal, about work load, about pregnancy, tension, stress, recommended many books to Tae.
Tae's phone beeped and he put the fork down.
'I am so sorry babe. I can't join you. Please eat the food.'
'Don't be mad at the food. Finish the food.'
'If you want more food, order more.'
'Daddy misses you. I promise I'll make it up to you.'
With rage dancing in his eyes, Tae started to type.
'Get ready to sleep on the couch for a month.'
He got an instant reply. Tae's eyes moved to the cabin and he saw Namjoon talking to Charlie.
'I will fuck you good on the couch when we get home.'
Pouting angrily, Tae looked up again and saw Jungkook staring at Tae through the glass doors.
Rolling his eyes, Tae typed and put the phone down continuing eating.
Smiling, Jungkook read the message.
'If you don't stop texting me, I swear I will come there, shove out my boobs and smack your face with it.'
Biting his lips, Jungkook send a lot of eggplant, water emojis till he was disturbed by another message from his father asking about the proceedings of the meeting.
Finally, after around 9 pm Charlie left and Jungkook asked Tae to wait for him by the car who got up without glancing at him.
"You are so dead," Jin chuckled and saw Jungkook running behind him.
Inside the car, Jungkook's face was starched and attacked insanely. He knew this was coming. And he was mentally prepared to be attacked.
But the whole non-verbal and nail scratching fight, Tae fell asleep in the car. It was a long ride and Jungkook was so happy.
After reaching home, Jungkook gently picked Tae and took inside. He felt bad about the whole fight. But he knew a bigger fight was coming.
Placing Tae on the couch, Jungkook was about to stand up when Tae grabbed his collar and whispered, "I love you Kookie."
