We open one week after the last one, where we see Midiki going over paperwork in his medical wing, a Newtons cradle going in the background as a black smoke formed behind him. "You really must learn to not make your entrances so obvious, Tempetes." Midiki said flatly, eyes not leaving his work as his friend fully materialized. "Ahh, I was just coming by to talk, how's this place treating you, vieil ami?" The Phantom asked as he grabbed a chair to talk with his friend further. "I must admit, this is not what I had imagined, the medical jobs given to me in the past were more...crucially important: The War, natural disasters, plagues, all of that, but THIS...this is nothing." He groaned with his head in his hands as sparks flew around a visibly upset Tempetes. "THAT isn't the Midiki I fought that day, the one who stood up to (bleep)ing MOTO to make sure I got the healing I needed, I don't know who THIS is, but the Midiki I befriended wouldn't call ANY medical job 'Nothing'." He growled out as Sarah knocked on the door, stopping an argument before it could start. "Hey dude? the archery class had a near accident I was wondering you could help with?" She asked as the doctor opened the door and walked out, following her towards her class as he noticed the student with a fresh gash on his face, which he started cleaning. "How are people still screwing up their aim no matter what? It is not a hard concept: aim at the bullseye, and fire at the target." Midiki grumbled as the student rolled his eyes. "One of the popular girls thought it'd be funny to give me a quote 'reminder never to even look in their direction' end quote, thought this place was supposed to be a place where people get along..." He replied in a depressed tone as the wound suddenly vanished and Midiki growled as he put away his medical supplies, a rage filled aura rising from his body. "Of course those kinds of people got accepted here, listen to me, kid: If any of those malakes try anything not just to you, but to anyone else here, come to me and I will deal with them, I am more than capable of...giving them detention." He growled out as he stood up, making the student nod in appreciation as Sarah thanked Midiki, who walked back to his office, sitting back at his desk as Tempetes smirked. "Don't think I didn't hear any of that dude, if this were really 'nothing' as you claimed you wouldn't have been so quick to basically tell him you'd beat them up, and don't bother telling me to teach my class it doesn't start for another two weeks." The Phantom said as the doctor rolled his eyes at his comment. "A member of school staff is to help however they can if a student is distressed, not to mention the Hippocratic oath mentioning justice for the patient, should I need to preform violence then I shall, I am more surprised it was not his class I was called to at all since getting this job." Midiki explained and muttered the last part, earning a chuckle from his friend. "Yeah it's a bit odd but Ignoring that for a minute, I'm glad that oath of yours has that, and the fact you take it so seriously is likely a reason they brought you in for the job back then to." Tempetes commented as the door knocked again, this time it was Kitiara. "Hey Isha, just stopping by to say hi and ask how the jobs treating you, oh hey hibana." Kitiara said as she greeted Tempetes, who smirked. "Well to tell the truth, I have not been enjoying it as much as I had thought, it has mostly been paper work and the occasional small wound any one in this place could take care of, my cousins would laugh if they had ever learned this, and yet palikari thyellas over here is debating otherwise." He grumbled his response, as Tempetes leaned into frame to give a response. "And I said more than that, I said that this isn't the Midiki I've known for the past 600 years, and that anyone who would defend a now former enemy like me during the war and stand up to you-know-who wouldn't think of ANY medical job as quote 'nothing''. Tempetes said, directing some anger towards his friend, who slowly rolled his eyes at what his friend said, yet Kitiara only stared at them with wide eyes and jaw slightly slack. "Ok two things, 1: Midiki, no medical job is ever going to be nothing, no matter what, and 2: How old are you two??" She stated/asked in shock as they shrugged before answering with a very simple "Very". An hour later Midiki was resting outside against a tree, face shielded from the sun by the leaf's, yet despite this peaceful image, he wasn't completely calm, the words of Kitiara and Tempetes echoed through his head nonstop, yet these thoughts were interrupted by the sound of a fight, getting up he walked towards the back of the campus building to see an enraging sight: That student he helped earlier being jumped by several people wearing the mask from the last chapter, the one that looked like a leader was slowly raising a sledgehammer over his head, aiming for the students legs. "My sister said you got talking to that freak of a doctor, you ratting us ou-??" He was cut off by a surge of electricity going through his body, making him drop the hammer on the ground and screech in pain as he dropped twitching and slightly burnt, behind him was a pissed off Midiki as his veins pulsated with energy. "THA SOU DEXIO ENA FRIKIO." He said with an echo in his voice as he appeared behind the other 9, each meeting the same fate as their leader, slowly turning around and crouching towards the student Midiki began healing his wounds and helping him up. "Why did you help? you could've ignored me." He said as Midiki shook his head. "No medical job will ever be nothing, now come on, lets get you inside and I will take you to my friend Kojiro, he will help give you self defense classes." He said as they walked off, when they were out of sight a foot suddenly stomped onto one of the thugs knees, flattening it as we see the foot belonged to Moto who smirked to himself. "Not the best way to learn a lesson but it worked out." He said in short breaths before seemingly vanishing, ending chapter 4.
