We open in a dark room, lit only by occasional sparks of a hammer smashing onto an anvil, the figure at the anvil would pause to catch breath as a door opened behind with a low rumbling strain. "What're you doing?" We see Tempetes was the one who walked through the door, and the person at the anvil was Midiki, now dressed in blacksmith clothing over his medical coat. "If you *COUGH* must know, I am attempting to make something solid, yet capable of bounce, lightweight yet tougher than a diamond, a thing capable of absorbing kinetic energy to heal whatever damage it takes *COUGH*." He explained as Tempetes leaned over his friends shoulder to see what exactly was being made. "...Mere humper that's a damn soccer-ball you're giving all that to." He said in a very flat tone as Midiki gave him a look through his smithing mask before laying down the hammer and gently placing the ball into a small pool of water to cool off. "It is not JUST a soccer-ball, It will be the ultimate one, a ball incapable of breaking like so many other one-" "You're making this cause Sarah keeps destroying normal ones aren't ya Mec de l'Olympe?" Tempetes cut him off suddenly, earning an awkward twitch from the Grecian. "...Nai". He responded meekly as the Phantom chuckled to himself. "Now what exactly has you wanting to make some godly kicking sphere?" He asked as Midiki tightened his welders mask. "No reason, I can use MY forge to make whatever i want...within reason." He responded in a slight snappish tone as he carefully took the ball from the water and began polishing it, what he was using certainly didn't get his brother in arms off his back any. "That's the stuff you said your uncle Hephaestus gives you sometimes right? The kind for projects you 'Want to look their best' in his own words?" He asked, his insistence for a solid answer wearing down Midiki slowly yet effectively. "If you MUST know, i am making Sarah a gift, her tendencies to break every soccer-ball (not to mention hearing the field cleaner complain over picking up the pieces) has gotten old as uncle Hades so i have decided to make her the one she will never be able to break, no matter what she does to it." He explained through a matter of fact tone, purposefully leaving out the reason for using the polish he was using, after finishing polishing the ball and surgically waving his now flaming hand over it to get it to dry faster, mere seconds later he closed his hand, putting out the fire and carefully wrapping the ball in a box with beautiful looking wrapping paper. "Tu en fais trop." Tempetes said in his native language before Midiki carefully yet swiftly ran out of the forge, now dressed in his normal garb, to find Sarah, earning a chuckle from the Phantom as he turned to address the readers. "Oh this is gonna be good." He said as he sneakily followed. A minute later Midiki would find Sarah casually kicking a ball back and forth with Kitiara, both deep in conversation, not through words, but one through kicks, each one a different sentence, with the impact on the ball being a different end to each sentence. As the ball returned to the air, a blur caught it and slid across the ground in a superhero landing, the dust settled and we see it was Midiki, box under one arm and the clearly close to detonating soccer-ball in the other, tossing it into the air with a lightning filled toss, detonating it while the sparks vaporized the pieces before walking up to them. Sarah however wasn't exactly happy at the moment due to the interruption and subsequent death of hers and her best friends current soccer-ball, in fact she was quite angry at what just transpired. "Midiki I'm not in the mood for whatever craps going on so this had better be important or else i swear to Go-." She was cut off by Midiki showing her the present as Tempetes appeared along side Kitiara, mouthing to her 'This is gonna be good', Sarah took box in an annoyed way, only for her scowl to turn into puzzlement at the object in the box, lifting it out of the box slowly and turning it around in confusion. "Uh...the hells this?" She asked as Midiki started explaining what exact she was looking at. "Kanojo wa ittai nani o mite iru nodeshou ka?" Kitiara whispered her question to Tempetes who was smiling behind a facemask he found. "You'll see." He replied during the explanation. "It is something i made for you, you tend to break every one you ever had so i took to making you this: The Unbreakaball." Tempetes could be heard booing in the background at the name, earning him a stink eye from Midiki as Sarahs face was hidden by the shadows of her hair, hiding her expression, making Midiki nervous as Kitiara and Tempetes leaned forward slightly in anticipation of their teammates reaction to the gift, the tension was palpable...until Sarah lunged at Midiki!...to embrace him in a near rib breaking hug, thanking him a hundred times a half second, after 30 seconds of this she let go, letting Midiki fix his now crunchy rib cage, as she looked at the ball with stars in her eyes. She looked over to her best friend, who nodded her head as they both bolted to opposite ends of the field to test it out. "First one to three points wins!" They said in unison as Midiki and Tempetes took the role of sports commentators. "Y'all know who we are so lets skip the introduction and get to the game! Rules are simple: first to three points wins! GO!" Tempetes called out as the two women instantly got to work, dashing for the ball as Kitiaras slightly greater speed led to her getting to it first, kicking it into the air as she leapt to kick it into the goal net, only for Sarah to jump higher and kick it into the ground, cracking the ground yet the ball itself wasn't even smudged, it did however bounce out of the small crater comically, the two both ran to the ball, with Sarah sliding like a baseball player to get there first, sending it almost tearing through the net, point 1. "At this point i think they are just screwing around, Sarah treats soccer like Kojiro treats meditation." Midiki muttered, hand covering the microphone as Tempetes nodded his head. "Yeah more than likely their more interested in seeing how tough that toy is while still trying to win." He gave his two cents as we see the two women continue their game, both suddenly kicking each other in the chin, landing on the ground, and grinning at each other with a determined look on their faces as this game turned into a spar mixed with a game, a fierce combination. Kitiara would take the initiative and suddenly bolt forwards, manipulating the wind to push Sarah back, but she managed to block the blow as her ponytail lost its bind, letting her hair down as the sun reflected off her golden hair, making Midikis eyes widen subtly yet noticeably to Tempetes who chose to instead comment of Kitiaras sudden use of air manipulation. "That wasn't expected, rare finding anyone with such calm control of aerokinesis." He said to himself as Sarah landed on her feet, smirking at her friends speed as she kicked up dirt to use as a distraction so she could get to the ball...but the ball was already in her net, kicked there during the wind attack, the fire in their eyes flared up, score: 1-1, the two dashed at each other again, running around swiftly and nimbly, the ball being kicked into the air during their spar, both leaping into the air to get it, yet each attempt to kick the ball was met with a kick from each other, neither giving the other an opening to score a goal, eventually Sarah did land the kick needed in the air to send the ball careening into Kitiara's goal post, scoring a point...but the force sent the ball ricocheting right into her net, evening the score again by accident. "...crap."  She said flatly as Kitiara suddenly cackled jokingly. "Never could perfect that could you sis?" She asked as Sarah leered at her friend, yet her smile at her behavior betrayed the annoyed look in her eyes as she got into a sprinters pose, eyes turning into those of a Peregrine Falcon as we see from her point of view, calculations were being taken mentally as she took everything into account, with that done she dashed towards the ball, yet Kitiara was just as fast, remembering her mental math she leapt into the air as her leg caught fire, kicking the ball the instant Kitiara kicked it into the air, the force, speed and trajectory of the ball sent it rocketing through the net, being caught by Tempetes who ran to where it was going, score: 3-2. Sarah slowly stood up straight, stretching her legs as her left was still on fire. "You...want some help with that or...?" Midiki asked slowly as the fires were suddenly extinguished, revealing not a single burn. "Yeah i learned that trick years ago, thanks for the ball dude, c'mon iara we're getting coffee." She explained as she and her best friend walked off as Midiki watched them leave with whimsy in his eyes...which was commented on by a certain Phantom. "Careful now electric boogaloo, she'll probably crack your head with a kick if ya piss her off." He warned in a half joking way, holding the smoldering yet perfectly intake ball as Midiki nodded dumbly. "Exactly, what a woman." He replied out of breath as Tempetes dragged him back to the office, ending this chapter.
