Surprise ~jihyo

Y/n PoV:
Waking up to alarm,you had a rush of excitement remembering it was your birthday today but thinking about the fight you had with your wife yesterday pushed down the excitement making you sigh. The Ceo of the Park corp , Park Jihyo was your wife

Yesterday night:
"No y/n what do you mean you called my secretary and asked her to clear my schedule for this evening?"
Jihyo asked throwing the bag in her hand down as soon as she got in "jihyo calm down I asked her to do that because you were overworking yourself" you said trying be calm "yeah and? I still have a lot of work to do y/n how could you ask yeji to just clear my schedule without informing me first. Y/n you know what I'm tired of you" she said that walked out of the house, you fell on your knees thinking about what she said "am I really tiring her" " was I being annoying" all these thoughts clouded your head as tears started rolling down

Y/n PoV:
I walked downstairs after getting ready and saw miss Kim in the kitchen,she turned around hearing me "happy birthday dear" she has been working here since quite a long time and was nice to both ,thanks to her we've been eating well "thank you miss Kim"I said with a smile on my face "did she leave for work already?" I asked her searching for jihyo "well she woke up early and left I'm assuming it's work" she said shrugging her shoulders "does she even remember my birthday" a pout formed on my lips before sitting down to have my breakfast

It was 1 in the afternoon as I just reading some books hoping jihyo would come home early, when I saw my best friend wheein calling me, I answered it immediately "happy birthday y/niee" she almost screamed "woah woah calm down unnie and thank you" I said keeping my a little distance from my ear "so birthday girl what are your plans for today" I sigh  "nothing I'm just at home" "do you want to come with me to the mall then" I smiled before answering her "sure I'll go get ready then"

After roaming in the mall for almost 4-5 hours I came home at 5:30, I entered home hoping atleast now jihyo would be home,but to my surprise all the lights were off "sheesh where is everyone,why are the lights off" I whispered to myself turning the lights back on when I felt hands wrapped around my waist I froze in place due to the sudden contact "happy birthday my dear wife" I heard jihyo whispering into my ear and hugging me from behind I looked around to see a cake on the dining table,"I'm so sorry for behaving like that yesterday love I was not thinking straight when I said that,I know you did that because you were worried about me and I stupid enough to not think that" she said as she let of the hug and made me face her,she had an apologetic smile on her face, I crossed my arms around my chest "where were you yesterday night and today morning" I tried to ask her in a serious tone "well planning this surprise

Yesterday night:
Jihyo pov:
I stormed out of the house and went straight back to office thinking I could focus on my work but all I could think about was how rude I was to y/n and tomorrow was her birthday i should apologise to her tomorrow, should I plan a a surprise?
I took my phone before dialing a number
"Hello wheein unnie I need your help"

Present:
Y/n PoV:
"Woahh wheein unnie was a part of this too?"
I asked totally not expecting this jihyo chuckled before holding my hand "so you forgive me now?"
I sigh before turning aside "nope not yet" I saw her face drop "Whyy what should I do to convince you" she said trying to get me to look at her "well maybe I can consider it if we can go out to get ice cream afterwards" I said smiling at her, a wide smile formed on her face as she nodded immediately "of course we can we'll go have dinner too" I held her hand walking ,towards the dining table to cut the cake and fed her "happy birthday baby I love you to moon and thank you so much for forgiving me I'll never speak like that" I turned to hug her "thank you jihyo and I trust you"
