Goodbye ~mina

Walking down the stairs to the dining room you look at your mom dad already there you greet them and sat beside your brother. You were jeon y/n daughter of mister jeon the famous CEO, you were an introverted person who doesn't like going out to parties and stuff."good morning mom and dad" you wished both of them and sat down to have your breakfast. You guys were having breakfast peacefully when you said "mom I forgot to tell you ria invited me to a party tonight and said she'll not leave me if I don't attend it," you said pouting ria your best friend invited you to a party in which you had no interest but you thought of going just for your her. Your parents chuckled and your mom said "go dear you'll enjoy it" she said flashing a smile you nodded while eating.

Time skip:
It was evening and I was  getting ready to go to the party,after I was done I walked down to bid bye to my parents before leaving to Ria's house
Entering her house you searched for her and found her talking to some of her other friends "Hii Ria" you said before walking towards her and giving her a hug "omg y/n Thankgod you came" I smiled at her as I broke the hug "come I'll introduce you to my cousins" she said dragging me to a room, I saw two pretty girls in the "so y/n she is Sana and she is Mina" she introduced them and I smiled before waving at them "hello I'm y/n"
I noticed that Sana was an extrovert, enjoying herself in the party while Mina didn't seem to be enjoying much i decided to go talk to her "hi can I sit here" I asked walking to her in the kitchen "sure" she replied "you don't like partying either" I questioned sitting beside her to which she hummed "do you get out of here" she asked turning to face me and I nodded,she held my hand before walking out of this place , we decided to take a walk in the park

It has been a few months since you met Mina and you've met quite a lot since you both had similar tastes which made you both friends immediately,and in these few months you also started developing feelings for her. You decided to confess to her today so you asked her to meet you at your usual place which was a cafe.
"Sorry I am late" you said catching your breath "it's okay I just got here too" she said with an angelic smile you adored "you wanted to say something?" She questioned "yeah actually I wanted to confess something" you said pressing your lips together "Mina...I like you" you said closing your eyes scared how she'll react, but you opened your eyes when you felt her hand reaching out for yours "I'm so happy you said that,I was waiting to say that but well you said it first" she said intertwining her fingers with yours

You guys have been dating almost a year now and only Ria,Sana and your brother knew about this as you guys still wanted to keep it a secret
Doing your skin care before sleeping,you heard your phone ring indicating a notification, your lips curled up into a smile seeing a text from your girlfriend

'Good night love<3 see you tomorrow'

You were about to reply her when you heard you mom call you downstairs "y/n come downstairs we've something to talk" you walked downstairs to see what it is, you saw your father in a straight face glaring at you "who is Mina" your heart stopped at this question "don't make me repeat myself" she said gritting his teeth "she's Ria's cousin.. and my girlfriend" you said when a slap landed on your cheek "you are dating a woman?" Your mom asked you before your dad said "end things with her before it worse for you" he said about to walk away "dad please don't do this" you said sobbing "mom please ask him to stop I can't end things  like this" you tried convincing your mom but it didn't work
You went upstairs calling her
"Hi baby what's up" hearing her voice you had tears rolling down your cheeks but controlling yourself "Mina...  we've to break up" you said clenching your fists "w-what? Is something wrong" she said,her voice shaking "nothing js wrong I fell out of love"
You ended the call before falling down on your knees and crying your eyes out

"Huh what happened after that then? How did you end up together again" sera questioned you "well after I ended the call I thought of calling her again but to tell the truth this time thankfully she was patient enough to listen to everything I said" I smiled at sera

That day:
After calling and telling her everything we decided to convince my dad properly and prove him that this wasn't just a short term relationship
"Dad I think you should understand us before telling us to break up,we'll see for a few months and if you think we're still not good enough for each other we'll break up" I said hoping this would convince him,he sighed before saying "okay if you guys are able to take care of each other without too much trouble you can be together" he finished turning around, I nodded smiling at him before hugging him "thank you dad"

"So how did you prove it to grandpa" sera question once again "well Mina was doing theatre to become an actress and I was studying business,as you know she did become a successful actress and I started a company under grandpa" I said smiling proudly at her when I heard a knock on the door "and your aunty is here" I went to the door to see Mina back from her work "hello m'lady" said with a tired smile on her "babe go freshen up sera is here we'll have dinner with her" she nodded before kissing your cheeks and going to freshen up, oh and sera is your brothers daughter. You felt very proud of yourself not giving up on Mina that day
