May i further elaborate to the honorable high court, the suit property is disputed property having survey number 103/AA the same property belongs to the public trust society namely Savitribai Phule shikshan sanstha Nanded registered under Bombay public trust act
having public trust registration ( PTR NO ) number F-380 2010
The respondent has encroached over the disputed suit property which belongs to the public trust which is run with the sol purpose of giving fair education and preserving right to education as a fundamental right of a citizen given by the Constitution of India
So my humble prayer to the prayer to the honorably High court is that.......
