Backstory: Give me a brief background on Desiree Angelonia Monroe (Who goes by Des {By her friends}, Rae {What her brother calls her}, and Desi {What everyone else calls her}) who is 15 years old, a sophomore who transferred to William McKinley High School in Lima, Ohio. Mention how Desiree originally was from Jacksonville, Florida and from the moment she was born, she had a flair for the performing arts. Desiree lives with her mother (Monique Monroe, 48, a dentist), her father (Henry, 49, a business lawyer), and her older brother (Dexter, 18, Freshman at Clark Atlanta University), and while her family isn't heavy on performing arts, they are supportive of Desiree's passion. Desiree was always close with her parents who can be a bit overprotective of Desiree, but just want the best for her. Desiree had a pretty go relationship with her brother until he started dating his new girlfriend Alice, who they often argue about since Desiree and the rest of her family suspect something up with Alice that doesn't seem right. When Desiree was 10 she moved to Lima, Ohio when both her parents got jobs That is when she met her first best friend, Finn Hudson who got his head stuck in her fence and bonded trying to get it out. She also met Noah "Puck" Puckerman who to this day still doesn't admit he has a crush on Desiree and Desiree doesn't even know about the crush. Desiree had always loved everything performing arts whether that was doing community theater, rec center dance classes, gospel choir at her church, or just learning to play multiple instruments around the house. Desiree tends to not date and she hasn't had an actual kiss since her first kiss was a kiss for theater when she was 13. When Desiree reached Highschool, she saw that jointing the football team wouldn't work so she joined the cheer team which the coach Sue Sylvester loved as she always quotes that since Desiree is skinny and pretty she makes a good cheerleader and even better flyer. Due to the cheer team she became quick friends with girls like Quinn Fabray and Santana Lopez, Brittany Pierce. While the four our close friends, Desiree doesn't always like how they treat people, but doesn't say anything to avoid coming off as mean. Overall Desiree tries to be a god person, but when she's mad it can be pretty surprising since she tries to be a mediator and not an instigator.
