Intro

Alex is a 25 year old doctor. When the alarms for the pandemic began she was walking down the hall to check on a patient named Rick Grimes. A friend of his was visiting and had brought him some flowers.

She entered the room to check his vitals and everything else to make sure he was staying stable. When the alarms had gone off, Ricks visitor shot his head to the door, and then to Alex. He began to panic and had rushed out the door to get to a safe place, leaving his friend to die.

Alex had tried to wake up the patient but had no success. She began to think, She knew that since the sirens were going off and gun shots were being heard, the squat police force and army had invaded the hospital and it was only a matter of time before someone came through and checked the room for any living thing, Or any living dead thing.

The power had gone out and the machines went black and the beeping noises stopped, so now all that was heard were sirens and gun shots. She looked around for a place to hide. She could hide under the bed, no one would see her and she doubted that they would look that hard.

Her other option was the small bathroom. Which she doubted that they wouldn't look there. So she hid under the bed, making sure no one would see her feet, or arms or anything.

The gun shots got quieter. After a few minutes someone had opened the door to look in the room. Alex could tell it was someone from the army by looking at the persons boots.

When the person decided that it was clear they left. When silence finally fell, she decided to get out from under the bed and rushed to the door shutting it. Making sure nothing can get inside. She looked out the window and could see an easy way down to the ground. She could easily escape if needed.

As time passed and the patient hadn't woke up. She decided to go for a run to see if she could get some food. She couldn't leave the patient alone so she decided to come back and go for a run each day till the patient woke.

After a couple weeks she had came back from a run to a hollering patient asking for help from a nurse. She rushed through the window and shushed him. She gave him some water and food and had sat him down back on the bed and explained to him everything that has happened.

After explaining they gathered a plan and decided to leave the hospital the next day.
