G0Z hid in his old bedroom, sitting in the corner with fear. He had his hands over his head, hoping to be able to wake up from this nightmare soon. He heard yells downstairs, his mom, possibly police officers and. . someone he didn't recognize. 

' 'Wake up, please. . .' ' G0Z muttered, hitting himself in the head to try and wake up. He felt a sting of pain each time, but he didn't care. His head perked up as his door opened. A kid about his age when this all happened, 10, entered the room. He had orange hair like G0Z, glasses, and freckles. He was wearing a yellow, pink and blue shirt with over sized black pants.

' 'Annie. . .?' ' The kid asks. G0Z realized who it was. It was T00FERZ, except when they were young.

' 'Tom. . .' ' G0Z muttered. Tom walked over, sitting in front of G0Z.

' 'Are you okay?' ' Tom asks. G0Z nods. Tom looked up at G0Z's head, wiping away some blood.

' 'Hey, uhm. . I think we should go. . my mom let me go find Sigmund, and he should be on his way. .' ' Tom said. G0Z perked up. Sigmund was one of he and Tom's closest friends. The one who helped G0Z whenever his mom would leave him to rot in the street. Suddenly, a knock on the window was heard. Tom got up and opened the window. A kid, who seemed about 14, climbed through the window. He had dark skin and vitiligo. That was Sigmund.

' 'Sigmund! Is Tsubaki and Haru with you?' ' Tom asks. Sigmund nods.

' 'We just gotta jump, though. Annie, you can get on my back.' ' Sigmund went over to G0Z, crouching down in front of him. G0Z climbed on Sigmund's back, making Sigmund stand. Tom climbed out the window, jumping down. G0Z gasped.

' 'Don't worry. Tsubaki and Haru are down there to catch us.' ' Sigmund said. G0Z nods, holding on tightly. He shut his eyes, feeling Sigmund move.

' 'Hurry up, dweebs!' ' One of the twins yelled. 

' 'Coming, coming!' ' Sigmund yelled, climbing out the window and. . .

G0Z gasped, jolting forward. He was in his office. . He saw T00FERZ besides him, but misnamed him as-

' 'Tom, how long was I-' ' 

' 'Tom?. .' ' T00FERZ cut off G0Z quickly. G0Z looked at him.

' 'Tom. .  Tom. . .' ' G0Z muttered, lowering his gaze. T00FERZ stood up.

' 'How do you remember that. .?' ' T00FERZ asks. G0Z looked up at him again.

' 'I. . don't know. .' ' G0Z seemed scared. His head felt tight. He reached up to touch his head, feeling the rough texture of bandages wrapped around his head.

' 'Was I. . bleeding. .?' ' G0Z asks. T00FERZ nods.

' 'Yup. Yukc0 hit you a bit too hard with his bottle and you got knocked out and started bleeding.' ' T00FERZ explained. G0Z looked shocked at hearing this.

' 'He hit me?!' ' G0Z exclaimed. T00FERZ nods his head once more, crossing his arms.

' 'Yup. But anyway, why did you call me Tom?' ' T00FERZ 

' 'Uh. .' ' G0Z couldn't come up with an excuse in time because DISM0L and SN00TZ charged in.

' 'G0Z! Thank god you're awake! Look, Uh- Mother Moon is doing something to Yukc0 again and we do NOT know what to do! Diane and Z00ZY are watching him right now. If you're good enough, can you maybe. . .?' ' SN00TZ spoke fast, which slightly confused G0Z.

' 'I'm coming, i'm coming. . .' ' G0Z sighed, going down from the cot. T00FERZ stopped him.

' 'You are still healing, it's not safe for you to do all this.' ' T00FERZ said. G0Z pulled away.

' 'Don't worry! This is basically my job, It's fine. I'm all good!' ' G0Z quickly ran past them, exiting the office. T00FERZ sighed, clutching his fists. DISM0L placed a hand on his shoulder.

' 'It's alright, he'll come around once he realizes he ain't fine.' ' DISM0L explained. T00FERZ shrugs.

G0Z ran off to the house, his mind spinning and body weak. He leaned against a nearby booth, panting. His head was throbbing with pain. However, he pushed it aside and continued to head to the house. Once inside, he saw Yukc0 laying at the couch again. There was never a break in this hell hole, was there?

' 'Yukc0, you okay. .?' ' G0Z asks. Yukc0 looked at him with drunken eyes.

' 'I'm fine, G0Z. I'm so sorry. . .' ' Yukc0 reached over at G0Z, holding his hand. His veins were black and body was weak. G0Z sat besides him, basically collapsing against him. Yukc0 sighed, laying on G0Z's lap. G0Z leaned against the couch, moving his arm to wrap around Yukc0.

' 'It's okay. . I don't mind, anyway!. . Didn't hurt too bad.' ' G0Z smiled at Yukc0. Yukc0 glanced up, looking worried. He cuddled against G0Z before shutting his eyes and falling asleep. G0Z sighed, glancing and seeing Diane walk down the stairs with a blanket. for Yukc0.

' 'Oh, G0Z! Are you alright, sweetie? You took quite a hit yesterday. .' ' Diane spoke with worry in her voice. G0Z chuckled, feeling embarrassed a bit.

' 'No, I'm fi- wait- YESTERDAY. . .?!' ' G0Z whisper-yelled the last bit to not wake Yukc0. Diane nods.

' 'You've been knocked out since yesterday afternoon!' ' Diane put the blanket over Yukc0, tucking him in. G0Z looked shocked. He couldn't believe he was out for that long!

' 'I- Oh god, I gotta apologize to the others! I shouldn't have been knocked out for that long! I-I'm so sorry, miss Diane!' ' G0Z apologized to her first, making Diane laugh.

' 'No honey, it's fine! No need to apologize for anything!' ' Diane rubbed G0Z's back reassuringly. G0Z sighed.

' 'You sure? I don't want the others to be too made at me. .' ' G0Z was obviously a tad bit nervous of the others being mad at him to care about his injuries.

' 'Yea, it's fine sweetie! Just rest!' ' Diane gave G0Z a small kiss on the forehead, like a mom would do to her kid before they went to sleep. G0Z sighed and leaned back against the couch, shutting his eyes. However, he didn't wanna sleep. He couldn't. What if something bad happened and he couldn't wake up in time?

Whatever. . He'd be fine. Surely.
