Cat decided to spend the weekend which, according to her, was lucky for me. I ended up just telling her that louis spotted me in the food court and we talked for a little while since he didn't want people to know where he worked. I look over to my bed side alarm clock and see "2:23am" in white lights glowing on the device through the pitch black room. It's a Monday morning and I've never been awake this early but I had a nightmare about the night at RMU and it was horrible so now I'm too awake to go back to sleep. I decide to go down stairs and make coffee to help get me through the day since I know I'll run out of energy.
As is get downstairs I remember I've forgotten the shopping in the car for the entire weekend so I walk outside under the lights of the driveway to go retrieve them. When I get back inside I make my signature hazelnut latte and sit on the large grey fluffy wool bean bag in the living room. I start to think about what harry said because I haven't had time to think about it this weekend with Cat being here. He was so rude, I mean I hadn't seen him in a long time and after him literally saving me I would've thought we could at least be kind to one another? In the hospital as well, he was joking about his broken foot and we were laughing together. I don't get it. I notice Cat walk down the stairs and she looks at me through half opened eyes. She isn't a morning person, like myself.
"Morning Cat." I say in a put on cheerful voice just to see her reaction.
"Shut up." She groggily replies. "It's five in the morning and I don't need a cheerleader voice waking me up."
"Well why are you awake? You had another hour and a half?" I question in the same cheerful voice and she throws an apple that was sitting in the counter at me.
"I woke up to go to the bathroom but then I smelled hazelnut coffee and I couldn't pass up that opportunity." She says as she turns the coffee machine on.
"Well then, I'm going to leave here at six so I can get to school at about six thirty so that I'll have an hour and a half to talk to the teachers about what I missed and what to arrange." I say as I get up and put my empty cup on the counter. "And I have fetch my car keys from the dealership." I remind myself.
"Well go ahead and do that, but with what car?" She says with a smirk, knowing I wouldn't dare drive the Porsche into school.
"Whenever I said "I" I really meant "we", as in we will both be doing that." I say with a chuckle as I walk up the stairs. I hear Cat mumble something about being too cheerful and happy in the morning but I'm too far up the stairs to hear it.
I go through the bedroom, through the closet, and then into the bathroom. I should really think of painting the place more colourful that just white. I shower, wash my hair and shave while listening to the music playing through the built in speakers in my bathroom that I asked my mom ever so nicely for when she visited last time. I sort of take advantage I guess because now I have built in speakers in literally every room of the house. I get out the shower, brush my teeth, put cream on my legs and put cream on my face. I walk out into my closet and I can see Cat laying in bed through the doors.
"Get up! It's five thirty!" I yell from where I'm standing as I sit down at my makeup table. "Come on! We have to leave in half an hour!" I continue to yell as I start putting concealer on.
"I hate you." Cat says as she walks past me into the bathroom.
"Love you too Cat!" I yell after her as she closes the doors.
I finish putting on my make up, which consists of concealer, a little bit of base, winged eyeliner and some mascara. I decided to curl my hair, hopefully it will stay that way throughout the day because it's naturally straight as anything.
"Who knew blonde hair looked so good curled?" Cat says as she walks past in a towel.
"Who knew brunettes looked so good without make up?" I tease her since no one except for me has actually seen her without make up. It's like she constantly has it on her face.
