(After school.)

Student One: "Y/N? He's always been somewhat of an enigma. He's shy, or at least, that's the demeanor he presents to most people. He shares a few of my classes and I can't help but notice that he doesn't interact much with others. He tends to keep to himself, often choosing a spot at the back of the classroom. However, this introverted side of him seems to disappear when he's around his close friends. It's a stark contrast that's hard to wrap your head around. And then there's his perpetual grumpiness. It's like he's always got a chip on his shoulder. I can't quite figure out why."

Student Two: "And let's not forget his academic prowess. The guy tops every class, and it doesn't even seem like he's trying. He completes his assignments at lightning speed even though he barely pays attention in class. It's so weird.. his mom probably sleeps with the teacher for her son to get better marks."

Student four: "he's usually stoic, it's weird how he never feels enthusiastic other than he's making a sarcastic comment. he also wears his headphones like ALL the time, honestly same but he has the volume SO loud, like nobody cares that your listening to fuck idk.. deftones? It's annoying because you literally have to yell to him to get his attention. Not to mention, he is the most non athletic person ever. Like, it's impossible to be on a team with him in p.e.. i don't get how he's so popular, there's nothing good about him. Like come on. I don't even think he knows he is popular, he's always isolating himself like what a freak, kid probably has social anxiety.. what a weirdo. "

Student Four: "Isn't it strange how him, someone with a antisocial person can have such a fiery temper?"

Student Three: "Definitely. It's not every day you meet someone who's both hot-headed and antisocial. It's quite the contradiction."

Student Two: "There's always something going on with him. He's a sophomore, right?"

Student Three: "Yes, he's a sophomore. And didn't he get outed as gay back in the 8th grade?"

Student One: "Yes, that did happen. I felt sorry for him, but what's done is done. We can't change the past."

6:20pm

I walk down the hallway, well-accustomed to the whispers and rumors that swirl around me. I've built up a certain immunity to the gossip. I continue my journey through the school corridors, eventually stepping out into the open air. I take the familiar route home, appreciating the tranquility of the surrounding nature. It provides a soothing counterpoint to the chaos of his school life. Upon reaching his house, he fishes out his keys from his bag and unlocks the door. He steps inside, dutifully wiping his shoes on the mat. Almost immediately, his mother's voice rings out.

"Y/N! Come here."
