Safe Zone

       Fu Rong eyes widened. She pulled her husband forward, and said hurriedly,

   " Quickly check her . "  

   Chu Qianye sighed after being pulled forward, and said,

    " I did a full body scan on her. There's nothing. Calm down. "

    Fu Rong breathed in relief, and looked up to see Yunxi looking puzzled.

   " Dear, we didn't find any beast on you. And there's no way a beast can come into this place, except it belongs to the beast tamers. And moreover, they won't release it , to be wondering about."  Fu Rong explained.

    " We did a full body scan on you because of your injury. That girl is dangerous, she might have applied poison at the tip of her blades. " Her sister added.

    " Dear, you rescued a cat. Maybe you were hallucinating because of blood loss." Chu Qianye said with a smile.

  ' Huh. . . ? A cat ? That's true, it was when I carried it that I saw its features. Did it change when I was looking away? Yep! That would be the most reasonable explanation. I mean, why would those jerks be playing with a beast. A baby beast is as dangerous as a grown beast. They are not to be trifled with. ' Yunxi thought and came to a conclusion.

  " Ohh. . . Maybe I was hallucinating. I don't remember much of what happened." Yunxi reassured her family.

   '  Sorry, I am lying to you. But I don't want you to be worried. I would get to the root of this suitation myself.' She knew telling her parents was a big NO. They would be worried, if she did. And would get to the bottom of the problem. They would use every ounce of their authority and power to rectify the problem.

   " Okay. Off to bed. " Fu Rong pulled her girls up the stairs, to their rooms.

   After tucking them into their beds, in their respective rooms, she didn't forget to kiss their foreheads, and wish them a good night.

     " Here, take this. " Chu Qianye gave a long sword to Yunxi. Its scabbard was colored black, and intricately designed colored silver.

    Yunxi strapped it on her back, and thanked her father.

   " Here, everything you need is inside. What else do you need, again?" Fu Rong said as she kept moving to and fro gathering supplies for Yunxi.

   " Mom. Everything I need is here. "  Yunxi stopped her mother, and showed her the spatial ring on her finger.  It was silver colored, and didn't have any shine on it. It wasn't one that could call attention.

   " Ahh… That. . ."

   " I understand, mother. I would be careful. And don't worry, I won't let anyone take advantage of me. " 

    Although, they allowed Yunxi to leave, it wasn't because they wanted to. It was because they had to. The world is becoming dangerous, and she needs to grow up. They can't always protect her.

   " Okay. You are all set. Remember, don't trust anyone. " Fu Rong reminded her.

   " I won't. I love you!"  Yunxi exclaimed, with a smile before running out of the house.

   " Ah! She has grown. " Fu Rong said smiling happily.

    Before her soul fusion, Yunxi never said goodbye to them when leaving for school, talkless of saying ' I love you ' . She was estactic seeing the new Yunxi. She had the impulse to stop Yunxi from leaving, but. . . .. . . . .

    Yunxi stepped out of the house, and was hit by the rays of sun. Waking up and experiencing this kind of weather , and atmosphere was a huge luxury some countries couldn't afford.

   After taking three steps, a BMV flying car appeared in front of her . No one was inside, that means it was automatic. Wow! How rich were her parents ?!!!

    Well, she knew for sure they were richer than she imagined. Their mansion was a proof of that. The people she thought were workers weren't humans but robots. Yet they looked so human, one wouldn't know except they were told. 

     One of the back doors opened, and Yunxi got in. After sitting comfortably the door closed, and the car zoomed off.

    " Ma'am, would you like to listen to music?" A robotic voice asked.

     
       " No, I like the silence. "  Yunxi replied.

      " Okay. " The robotic voice answered.

   Afterwards it was silent until they reached the school.

    Yunxi got down from the car , after it parked in the car park.

   " Have a nice day, Miss. " The robotic voice said.

     " Thanks. "
The car reversed and flew off.

  " Okay ! "

  Yunxi tightened the strap of the sword on her back before walking out of the park. She was instantly hit with the boisterous atmosphere of the students.

     She pulled her hoodie down to avoid calling attention, and squeezed her way through the hundreds of kids.

   At the end of the crowd, there was a long train. The students got onto the train one after the other.

    Yunxi found an empty seat, and occupied it. Fortunately, no one neared her seat. Maybe it was because of her cold aura or because of her sword.

    Soon, the train filled up , and started moving.

   It flew up above buildings, and moved out of the safe zone. Yunxi saw the barrier. It was golden in color. As soon as the train was about to pass through it, it created an opening.  And when they were out, it closed.
