WHEN THEY WERE FRIENDS

Lukes POV:

I kept on teaching Zander how to play golf, he got a little better but it..lets just say he still needs work. After a while me and Zander got bored and just talked the entire schoolday out, since it was the last class, we'll have to go home early, but i kinda wanted to stay at Zander's...whatever. 

ALMOST AN ENTIRE THIRTY MINUTES LATER...

Me and Zander got so lost into talking, we didn't even realise we have to go home now before the gate closes! As i realised this, i took my best friends wrist and ran with him to the gate, praying it wasn't closed..It was.

I sighed as Zander realised what was happening as well. He let out a groan as I let go of his hand, blushing a little now..being stuck with my crush at school for an entire night wasn't THAT bad..maybe it was but just the "being stuck" part!

Zander:"Now what are we supposed to do? Just sleep here in this nasty- no taste school?"

Luke:"I mean- yeah kinda-"

Zander:" NOO- Where do we even sleep? the locker room? Every other room is unavailable!"

Luke:"*le sigh* i guess so.."

Zander:" You have to stop saying 'le sigh' so often!"

Luke:"Sorry not sorry, but hey off-topic."

Zander:"What is it?"

Luke: "Toilet paper oragami!!"

Zander:"ugh-you're such a child.."

Luke:"Oh come on! Pleaasee~- with a cherry on top!" with puppy eyes

Zander blushed but I assumed it was just..idk the weather??

Zander::"F...Fine"

Luke: "YES! now c'mon i need to teach you my ways!"

Zander:"I can't wait." sarcastically

Me and Zander went to the locker rooms that were surprisingly clean just...dark so we'd probably have to sit outside to see things. I grabbed the toilet paper roll, replacing it with another toilet paper roll since im not gonna make someone suffer tomorrow, and i went back outside with Zander as we sat on stairs on the porch of  the schools back, since it smelled pleasant and flowers grew a little near by. 

It was officially night time and the sky was beautiful, it felt romantic but i pushed my big crush on Zander  aside, and pulled 3 paper pieces that i got from the toilet paper i took, and started doing some makeshift oragami, as i could feel zanders eyes on my hands and me doing it, but i wasn't sure since i was looking somewhere else.

Once i was i done i looked back at Zander, and turned red, Zander was looking at my face this whole time! Zander quickly looked away muttering "sorry.." quickly.

Luke:"It's fine! But...we can add our initials to the duckling i made! It can be our child!- I mean platonically  of course heheh.." I say with a flushed look on my face.

Zander:"Y-yeah.." 

I couldn't tell if he was blushing, god i probably made him feel uncomfortable, im so stupid!!

I quickly changed the subject by looking in the sky and saying:

"Do you think theres parallel universes? Like out there somewhere?"

Zander:"Maybe..theres one for everything, like imagine if we dated.."

Luke:"Yeah.." I say with a sadder look on my face, he definitely doesn't like me back..  

A few minutes flew by...and i thought..this is my chance! i can confess to him! I just hope nothing bad happens between us...

Luke:"Hey Zander-"

Zander:"I love you."
