Sacrifice

I wake up catching my breath. I dreamed about myself being eaten by Vampires. 

 "Impossible. Vampires don't exist," I said cheering up myself but whatever I do I can't ease myself. 

 "Then what do you take us for?" I looked up to see who's voice it is. Laxus!! How did he get in?!  I swear I didn't see him sitting near me a while ago as I woke up! I crawled backward to open up the space between us.

 "I love it when you clench your teeth with fear in your eyes fleshy," Lavix said with a joyful smile on his face that suddenly appeared at my right. 

 "I wanna see you cry again. Come on Tyro do me a favor. It would be fun," Laxus said and crawled towards me. 

 "D-Don't!" I crawled backward again till my back reached the wall. He leaned his two hands both my sides not to let me escape from him. I'm cornered again by him. This time I don't have any chance. 

"Scream. Cry like there's no tomorrow left. Run with the burdens you have. Don't hesitate to have a second thought. Entertain me Tyro," Laxus said and drew near his smirking face to mine. His eyes filled with anger and sadness but I can't differentiate the gap between the emotions inside him.

I felt like I'm talking with a devil. He's overdoing it to hide his own self. The sad and lonely him.

"Laxus when will you grow up?" Laxus lowered his face and hissed like a defeated criminal. I can't take my eyes off him because at any moment he might continue what he's about to do with me. I don't have any idea what he's going to do and I don't know what they're up to. I don't wanna jump to conclusions about who they really are. It's impossible I know. It's better to be alarmed at any moment. 

 "And when are you going to quit interfering with someone's business Maxin?!" Laxus said trying not to lose his patience. Only for this time I noticed Maxin leaning on the wall near the window. The curtain forming a wave because of the cold night wind, moonlight striking the window causing a shaded form behind it. Maxin's face half-lighted by the moonlight has no emotions on his face, still looking at me with unease gaze.

When did he came in ? 

 "Don't confuse yourself human," Vexin said that is now beside Lavix. 

 "H-How..." I'd better cut off my words than to scare myself when I'm already am. 

 "Someone want her alive," Maxin said leaning on the wall with his eyes closed, not minding everyone's gaze on him. 

 "Maxin I know you're looking for a reason to stop me. But I'm not gonna buy that!" Laxus said still cornering me on the wooden wall switching his glance between me and Maxin. 

 "Think about it. Why would someone take her here. They must have be planning something that includes us. And the one who sent her here know everything about us. It doesn't look like a sacrifice. Seems like someone is behind it," Maxin said with his serious face. 

 "Does it mean I can't----"

 "Exactly," Maxin cut him off. 

 "She seems sweet.." Lavix said looking at me, and I can tell his imagining things. 

 "I'll kill that dick who ever he is!" Laxus said with his annoyed tone and sat beside me. Like he's ready to kill who's the sender might be. I can't talk because I want to know the truth as well. Base on them I knew they were referring to me about the sacrifice-or-what-so-ever.

 "No clue," Vexin said and looked at me. And suddenly I felt their gaze on me like they're waiting for my opinion but I don't understand anything they said. What do they mean sacrifice? Are they member of a cult? That Idea made me more frightened to them.

 "I-I n-need to go," I said and quickly go down the bed and about to take a walk but Laxus hold my arm and put me back to bed. My arm hit the bed that made me moaned because of the pain. 

 "Don't stand up when I told you so Tyro. You must have forgotten. You're mine!" he said and tighten his grip on me. 

 "I'm not anyone's! I appreciate your help guys but I'm in a rush! They need me! And I can't stay here!" I said and wriggled to escape from his grip but as expected from him,he's too strong for me to handle. 

 "We helped you when you called for it. We fed you. Don't you thing it's too deplorable of your manners to just leave?" Maxin said. That's the time I realized my actions. Maybe I'm just over reacting. They really look normal. Probably. But their actions is what scares me. 

 "S-Sorry," I calmed myself and it was the time Laxus let go of my hand. 

 "Then that rectifies we're wrong," Vexin said. 

 "I'm just desperate.. Sorry if I judged you guys.. But my family badly needs my help," I said like a desperate kid. 

 "Nothing's gonna happen Tyro whatever you say," Laxus said and suddenly in a second he's out of the room. 

"I think you need a lot more sleep fleshy," Lavix said and disappeared in abrupt before I glanced at him. How could they do that ?!

"I told you not to confuse yourself human. You already know the answer. You only have to do is accept it," this time Vexin disappeared too. 

 "Just take some sleep and we're gonna talk later," Maxin said and just like the others, he vanished in the air. 

 I don't even heard the door opened and closed. What if they're really... NO! NO! They don't exist! they just came up from tales! Maybe they're just playing tricks on me. Besides, it's month of April. I slowly go back to sleep not to hurt my arm and leg .
