Once the elevator doors opened, I saw the door to my room and the door to Gyo's room. As if on automatic, I put the key in the lock and opened the door to what used to be our room. Even though my room is right next door I spent most of my time here. The familiar smell of Gyo's perfume was enough to bring tears to my eyes again. All the memories of our moments together came flooding into my mind.

"Manaow... Do you like women?... Why? Do you want to go out with me?"

"P'Gyo, I want to be more than just your junior."

"P'Wak, can you love me?"

"Can you not run away from me again?"

"Be my good girl forever... I promise to be your good girl until I'm old."

I held Gyo's pillow tightly to my chest sobbing.

"I am so sorry, P'Gyo. This is all my fault." I looked at the necklace she had wrapped around my wrist. "I promise I will wait until you remember me. I will love you forever."

"Are you sure you don't want us to tell her anything? It's been a few days and the doctor says she's doing much better now." Lada asked when we had coffee this morning to catch up.

"Has she remembered anything past that day?" Lada's eyes try to avoid mine, but I already knew my answer. "Maybe this is for the best. P'Pure can take better care of her." Lada groans.

"Don't even mention him. P'Gyo's mom thinks they are a couple and of course since P'Pure has been in love with her all this time, he didn't correct her."

"She would have been safer with him." Lada grabs my hand caressing the back of it.

"Have you heard anything back from the private investigator?" I sigh and spin the spoon I used to pour sugar into my coffee inside the cup.

"She's still around, but he loses track of her easily." Remembering everything that Luktarn did makes my blood boil. "She will pay for what she did. Even if P'Gyo never remembers, I will for the both of us."
