Nina awoke the next morning feeling refreshed. Rather than the drowning sensation of the day before, she was rested and ready to take on the day. She quietly showered and got dressed, then peeked out of her room.

Gav was still asleep. His dark hair covered his face, which was turned into the corner of the couch. His bare foot stuck out over the arm and his breathing was deep and even. Nina acknowledged that he was very handsome, with classic athletic form. From the curve of his calves to the arch of his eyebrows, he was undeniably attractive. There was something understated and humble about it too... His appearance befitted his godly status, but somehow was not so glaring as to drown out those around him. It really was a unique balance.

Nina took a banana and sat down at her computer to get a bit more done on her report. Now that she had the data organized, it was a matter of writing it up and making sure that it wasn't too technical for her client. She was still troubled by the idea of uranium mining happening in the area where she had found Gav. The runoff would destroy the land and make it unsafe for anything living. She hadn't decided yet if she was brave enough to include unsolicited alternatives and counter arguments to the proposed mining plan in her report. She'd have to make that decision when she came to it.

An hour and half later, Gav finally started to stir on the couch. He took a deep stretch and sat up slowly, sleep lines on his face.

"Well good morning, Sunshine. How'd you sleep? I'd guess 'like a rock' but that's probably too on the nose."

Gav blinked hard a few times, forcing himself into the day. "Nope. I'd say that's about right." Another big stretch. He glanced over at her. "What's that you're doing there?"

"Work. I'm in a good groove and I'd really like to go another few hours."

"Of course. You don't need to worry about me."

"Well, actually. It occurs to me that you haven't seen TV. You might find it interesting."

"What is it?"

Nina pointed. "That thing there. It uses light and photography to make moving pictures and convey information and stories. Looks very real."

"Real like those?" He pointed to the photos on her fridge. "Those look very real."

"Yes, like that."

Gav's eyebrows raised as looked back at the dark screen. "I wouldn't mind seeing that."

"Make yourself some food, I'll find something for you."

Gav didn't need to be told twice and got right to work making his signature Scooby Doo sandwich. Nina browsed the channels, looking for anything that might work.

"Ah. This'll do. It's just starting too."

Gav sat back on the couch with his sandwich. "Ooooooh. Would you look at that." He stared at the picture, transfixed. "Titanic. Is that the ship? The ship looks huge."

"It's the ship. You'll get a little bit of history from this too, even though it's a fictionalized story. I'm going to get back to work."

The next few hours were a running commentary on the 1997 historical classic. Nina would have asked Gav to be quieter, but it was so interesting to hear his thoughts:

"They're not happy with what's in the safe. Oh my god, diamonds again? What the hell is it with diamonds?"

"They're using metal A LOT for ships now. Guess that's thanks to me, huh? At least in part?"

"Well, he's rude."

"Hey, they're playing poker!"

"1912 is very pretty."
