I squirmed my eyes, as the sunlight hits my face. As soon as my eyes fluttered open, I saw some kind of stationaries and bookshelves in front of me. . . . .
"Where am I?" I glanced around and the next thing that caught my eyes was me clutching onto Heeseung. And then every piece of puzzle seemed to match suddenly; project, library-lockup and Heeseung... . . . .
I pushed him away from me. Was I with him the entire time? Did we sleep together hugging like this last time? Why do I have his jacket on me? . . . .
"Why would you ruin my beauty sleep, Ji?" He groaned, his eyes fixed at me. "Why the hell we were hugging, Lee?" I nearly yelled on him. . . . .
"Shh, calm down Ji. It's just that you fell asleep on me." Damn it! Out of everything, it had to be him?! . . . .
"Did I h-hug you while sleeping? I'm s-sorry." I stuttered being speechless. My habit of cuddling while sleeping– . . . .
"Why are you saying sorry, Ji? It rained last night and the weather was cold. It's completely normal. We even nearly finished our project." He pointed at our papers and rubbed his eyes, looking like a sleepy hamster. . . . .
"No, I mean..." Before I could finish my sentence, I was cut off by him. "It's okay, Ji. You didn't kill me by falling asleep on me." He rolled his eyes. . . . .
I want to ignore his entire existence right now, because it's embarrassing for me! How could you fall asleep on your rival while both of you are locked in a library? Pathetic. . . . .
I handed him his jacket and averted my gaze from him. He paced to the library door while sliding his arms into the jacket. . . . .
The next second, the librarian entered here. Shit! "What are you two doing here this early?" She cocked up an eyebrow in confusion. . . . .
"We were locked in this library madam. Yesterday, you forgot we were inside the library and locked us here." He breathed out. . . . .
"I'm very sorry, dear. Does that mean-?" She asked. "Yes, we were alone in this university last night. But we actually completed our project, so it's not a big deal." . . . .
"Oh okay, then you guys should go home now. There is still time left before the classes start." Heeseung and I nodded as she hummed. . . . .
We both packed our things silently as she continued organizing the books on the bookshelves. A sigh escaped my lips as Heeseung and I walked out of the library. . . . .
"Did you sleep well, Ji?" He asked me out of nowhere, catching me off-guard. "I guess so. Umm, thanks Hee. For the last night." . . . .
"That's rich coming from the girl who drenched me yesterday. I accept your thank you, Ji." I punched him playfully on his chest, being annoyed. . . . .
He immediately surrendered, lifting his arms up in the air. "I'm kidding. But you did drench me with a full bucket of water, right?" He pouted angrily. Cute. . . . .
"You're the one who started it, Lee." I pushed him slightly. "Why do you always cling onto me? There are lots of other students in this university." I rolled my eyes. . . . .
"They aren't you, princess. You're the only one worth paying attention to." He wrapped an arm around my shoulder, holding me tightly. . . . .
