" He actually hearted back my message.. " Scaramouche was in an uber car messaging Kazuha. Since he wasn't gonna be back in Las Vegas until tomorrow he wanted to visit his parents since he hasn't seen them in a while. " Who is Tomo anyway.. he said that he was a friend. "

" Does he even consider me a friend? More importantly, does he even like me? " He stared at the screen of their chat. " He kissed me on the cheek the first time we interacted.. but.. " He sighed " What if he did that just to tease me.. he did it to me also back in highschool.. " Realization hit Scaramouche as he was reminded of something. " Shit, he really is like him.. my ex.. "

" Mr. Kunikazuzhi, were here. " His thoughts were interrupted by the driver talking. " Ah, sorry. Thank you, sir. " He paid the uber driver, grabbed his bag and exited their car. He stood at the side walk, in front of him was a huge house. A mansion. He walked towards the house and rang the doorbell. He waited for a second then someone opened the door. A pink haired lady with fox ears and earrings peaked through the door. The door chain is visible. Her eyes began to spark when she realized who it was. " SCARA!! " She removed the chain, flung the door open and pulled Scaramouche into a hug while also picking him up. " I'm glad you're here! It's been years! " She tightened the hug. " Mom!- OW- PUT ME DOWN. " He yelled. " Miko, calm down! You're hurting him! " A woman with long purple hair in a braid went up to her. She put Scaramouche down as requested too. " You are finally here, Scaramouche. Welcome back home. " The purple haired lady hugged Scaramouche lightly. He hugged back. He really needed that kind of hug from his mother. Especially right after the aggressively tight one he had just seconds ago.

" What in the name of Teyvat is happening there- Oh, he's here. " A young woman with relatively long purple, messy hair tied in a bun went down the stairs. " Shogun! Come here! Your big brother is home! " She went up to them as the other let go of Scaramouche. " Sis, how have your engineering college days been? "

" Tiring. But regardless I'm one of the best engineers in my college. " She put on a proud smile. " That's good to hear! I'm so proud of you! " He patted her head. " You really are my lil sister. " 

" Hey! Get your grubby hands off me! " Shogun was flustered as Scaramouche simply giggled. " Shogun! Treat your brother nice he just got home! " Ei scolded her.

They sat around the dining table as they ate their dinner. " So, Scaramouche, how is popular indie musician life treating you? " Yae Miko asked. " Well, it's been quite the roller coaster. I didn't expect to be this popular. Yet, here we are. It's been great though. "
