Casey yawns as he wakes up. He looks at Miwa who stands up from the bed. They suddenly hear sounds of vomiting. Casey walks over to the bathroom to see Tang Shen hunched over the toilet throwing up.
"Are you okay ?" Casey asks.
"I'm okay it's just morning sickness, Its been happening for a couple of weeks" Tang shen said as she gets up.
Miwa grabs her a cup of water.
"Thank you" Tang Shen said.
Tang Shen drinks the water before setting the cup down.
"I have to look over something can you look over little Miwa" Tang Shen said as she picks up baby Miwa and hands her to Casey.
"Sure thing" Casey said.
Tang Shen leaves.
"Casey do think something is up with my mom?" Miwa asks.
"I'm not sure" Casey replied.

Inside a bathroom Tang Shen takes a brith test. She looks at for a few minutes until it comes back positive. An happy smile comes across her face. She was pregnant.
She rushes out of the bathroom to see Yoish at the table with an envelope.
"Yoish I have news !" Tang Shen cheers.
"I do too,Shen" Yoish said as he brings out the envelope.
"You first" Shen said.
Yoish brings out two tickets to New York. Tang Shen's face shows excitement.
"Oh Yoish" Tang Shen said as she hugs Yoish.
"What is your news ?" Yoish asks.
"Yoish I'm pregnant" Tang Shen said.
Yoish's eyes widen in surprise then he becomes happy. He grabs Shen and spins her around.
"This wonderful news !" Yoish exclaims with excitement as he kisses her on the forehead.
"Before we leave to New York we should do an altrua sound" Tang Shen said.
"Of course but we should tell father and your mother first" Yoish said.
Unknowest to them Saki heard everything.

"This wonderful Yoish ! Miwa is gonna have a brother or sister !" Yutta said.
Currently Yoish and Yutta were at Tang Shen's Ultra sound. Tang Shen lays down on a cot as the doctor checks her. The computer shows 4 babies. Yoish and Tang Shen look at each other in shock.
"I'm gonna 4 babies !?" Tang Shen asks in shock.
