Chapter 34

 The vampire siblings dropped my friends on the ground. I could see Vicky staring at Alec like he was the only one there.

 "Elena?!!" Kallie exclaimed, her eyes wide. Robert had crawled over to her and was holding her tight.

 "Guys?? What are you doing here??" I exclaimed.

 "We were banished from the pack....Robert went with us." Kallie said.

 I could feel tears forming in my eyes. I quickly got up and knelt down, hugging my three best friends tightly. "I missed you three so much! I'm so sorry! I promise I'll explain everything..."

 "It's ok..." Lily smiled. Lily was the quiet, shy one out of all of us. Vicky is the social butterfly. Kallie is the energetic one, who loves sports. I was the brains of the group, basically.

 I helped the four up, smiling brightly, tears in my eyes. "Jay, these are my friends, Kallie, Vicky, and Lily. This is Kallie's mate, Robert. Guys, this is my mate. Gamma Jay of the Black Diamond Pack." My friends' eyes were wide. They looked from me to Jay before squealing and hugging me in excitement.

 "We're so happy for you, Elena!" Vicky exclaimed. "We really did miss you. Why did you leave anyway? Alpha Richard kept nagging us, asking where you were. It was getting really annoying."

 "That is a very long story, Vicky..." I told her. "But I will tell you everything. I promise." I then turned to Alec and Kiera. "Thank you both."

 "You're welcome, princess. We apologize for handling your friends so roughly. I thought they were a threat to your safety." Alec spoke, bowing his head in respect.

 "It's alright, Alec. It's nice to see you again." I smiled at him. 

 "You as well, Princess Elena. If you'll excuse me now, I must go. Goodbye, my sister..." he smiled at Kiera, who frowned. Alec then turned and was about to leave when Vicky shouted.

 "No!" Vicky's eyes were wide. Alec stopped and turned around slowly to look at her. Vicky went up to him and clung to him. "Don't leave me...Please...I just found you...I don't want to lose you..." Tears rolled down her cheeks as she looked at him pleadingly.

 We all stared at the two in shock. At that moment, Jeff came up to us. "Kiera? What is going on? Who are they?" 

 Kiera allowed him to take her in his arms and smiled. "I got a strange feeling and went to the edge of the pack, where I found not just them, but my brother. They are Elena's friends."

 "Who are still waiting for an explanation." Robert remarked.

 "Don't worry. You'll get one." Kian replied. "It's nice to see you girls again." 

 "You too, Kian." Kallie replied, holding onto Robert's hand.

 Alec looked Vicky in her eyes. I could see multiple emotions flashing through his red eyes as Vicky held him. "Why do I feel so attracted to you...?" he asked in a quiet voice. "Why don't you want me to leave?"

 "You are my mate." Vicky answered bluntly. Sometimes Vicky could be pretty blunt. She tended to say what she felt at times. 

 "M-m-mate....?" Alec's eyes were wide as he stared at her.

 Kiera smiled brightly, squealing excitedly. "Brother, you found your mate!" she exclaimed. "It's so good to meet you. I'm Kiera. His twin sister. This is my amazing mate, Jeff. He's a warrior for the pack." 

 Vicky looked over at Kiera and smiled. "It's good to meet you too! I always wanted a sister." she laughed. Alec gave a small smile at the sound of her laughter. He was already smitten and falling head over heels for her. 

 I was really excited for Vicky. I could see Kallie and Lily felt the same way. "Why don't we go to the pack house and introduce you all to the Alpha and Luna?" I suggested.

 The girls and Robert nodded slowly. Robert looked uncomfortable. I almost forgot he was human...It makes sense he'd be uncomfortable. I wondered if Kallie explained everything to him.

 Vicky continued to hold Alec. "Please, will you come with us...?"

 Alec looked hesitant. He looked like he was debating whether he should or not. Kiera walked over to him and put her hand on his shoulder. "Brother...It's ok...We may be dangerous, but I think it's safe for us to stay...I've been here a while and no one's been harmed in any way. It's up to you, Alec...But I do wish you'd give this a chance..." 

 Alec looked at her silently, still trying to decide if he should stay or not. He didn't want to leave Vicky. Anyone could clearly see that. He looked at Jay and Kian as if to ask if it was ok if he went with us.

 Kian and Jay smiled and nodded. "You are welcome to come with us, Alec." Jay replied.

 "Besides, Elisabeth and Janie have been dying to meet you since they met Kiera." Kian laughed.

 Alec nodded and looked back at Vicky. "I will come with you." Vicky's face lit up and she hugged tighter. Alec's eyes went wide in surprise but he calmed down and held her back, a small smile resting on his face. 

 I smiled at the two before looking at Jay, who was smiling at them. I kissed his cheek. He looked at me surprised. "What was that for?" he asked.

 "I love you." I smiled at him.

 "I love you too, Elena..." Jay said quietly, smiling at me.
